   Went in where me and my friend were kindly greeted by a young brown haired woman. My brand queen friend wanted to get some men’s timberlands but were kindly reminded they don’t have any (very helpful). I then suggested he try on the leopard print adidas where said woman complimented him on his shoe choice. Even though we diddnt buy anything would come back

   I came into office today to try on some shoes for walking as my old shoes were hurting my feet. I came today afternoon (Wednesday 10/12) and the service was not good. I was with this boy at first who just seemed like he didn't want to help me. I only asked him a few questions and he just wasn't looking to help. Next this girl comes and is helping me she is a lot nicer and trying to get me the shoes I want. I ask if I can try these shoes in a half size and the same boy I was with first says we don't do them in half sizes. I then see a shoe on the wall IN A HALF SIZE. I didn't want to make a big reaction but I was very mad at the clear lying to a customer. I then am served again by the girl who gets me the correct shoes. I did not buy anything in the end as I didn't want to purchase from a store that lies to its customers. Disappointed.

   Incredibly rude shopper assistant (a woman, blonde) working on Monday, Aug 25. I only asked for another shoe to try on in addition to the display sample, however was told one is more than enough. Even though that one shoe fit just right didn’t want to disturb her once again and insist on another shoe!

   Don’t give them your service. If you don’t own a printer and don’t live near an Office store, it’s not worth using them. I say this because if you’re in this situation and you need to return anything, these guys won’t make it easy. I walked half an hour to return some items. The store said their system was down so they couldn’t accept my return but I could come back tomorrow. I asked if I could leave my items with them until the system was back up and running, they said no. This is pretty backwards and awkward for a 21st century retail company. I then looked to try and return the items using the Collect Plus service they use. Turns out Office haven’t forked out for the print in store element of this service. 2 hours later I got back to my home town and paid a printing store to print my label. The only good thing to come out of this dealing with Office was the realisation and appreciation of how good the returns services and customer services are for decent companies nowadays. Thanks Office.

   Nice shoes, Terrible customer service. I ordered grey New Balance, they sent me blue denim New Balance, girls didn’t greet me at the store in Portabello Rd, as if I interrupted their day... handed me the shoes without eye contact, when i asked for a carry bag, it was like i was pulling teeth! Im SO SAD for this new generation! Is it that hard to SMILE when you are getting PAID to???!!! I took shoes to Westfield to get a refund... the girl looked so fed up... but it was very busy in there to be fair, so I understand the feeling of being overwhelmed in retail. But like i said, if you are paid to do something, just do it and do it with pride! ** editing this with an update** My “refund” for my shoes they gave me never came back into my account..... i had to chase it up with customer service after a week or so... From start to finish, a TERRIBLE customer journey! Giving it two stars instead of the three i gave originally...

   Disgraceful, 0/10 for customer service. No prices on the shelves and no one knew any of the prices, they had to check on the computer which took forever. Each employee seemed to pass me on to the next because they couldn't be bothered. The more authoritative figure who I assume may be the manager, was very grumpy and unhelpful. Office relies solely on location and stock, everything else is a shambles.
