   We did one of Madeline’s sling clinics at Barnes children’s centre and it was incredibly informative! It was helpful hearing the advice to others and we ended up picking the right sling for us based on the session. We went post birth and took a 3 week old baby that worked fine to have with us during the session. A few friends did the private sessions that they really valued. Thanks Madeline!

   I did a sling workshop with Madeleine. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The session was incredibly helpful. She tailored the session to the needs of the people present and helped everyone individually as well as talking to the group. I learnt a lot, thoroughly enjoyed the session and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone interested in baby carrying.

   Fantastic! I don't have a sling library locally so this has been a great find of a website. I had got a carrier in pregnancy, but wasn't always loving using it. Rented a different one for only £15 and so was able to make sure it was what I needed before committing to another purchase. Then to get the £15 deducted from the purchase price, and to be able to order the exact fabric I wanted (Lenny Lamb fabric choices, beautiful!) was just perfect. On top of all that this lovely lady answered a tonne of my questions by email, straight away, and has the best YouTube for how to get a buckle carrier on your back. Cannot recommend enough. Brilliant all round. Anyone wanting to babywear should use this site.

   I cannot recommend Sheen Slings enough. I really struggled with baby wearing with my first and so when I was pregnant with my second, I promised myself I’d make an investment by finding the right sling for me to help me juggle two kids two and under. Madeleine did an amazing job of helping me find the right solution for me - not just for my newborn, but also advising me on what would work well for me once he’d outgrown that. She came to my house when he was a couple of weeks old and was able to provide options for a small baby (5lb 11). She built my confidence around being able to put the sling on and take it off by myself and this was a game changer. The online resources are a great tool to refer back to when the sleep deprivation has you questioning yourself. When I did have a question, Madeleine responded promptly, with helpful, practical advice. When my baby outgrew the first sling, it was easy to return and swap for the other one she had recommended. I found renting a really economical way to have a wrap for the first few months and it was a great way to try for a couple of weeks before I bought a bigger carrier. I liked Madeleine’s transparency that the particular carrier I got could be purchased cheaper on Amazon but in the end I got one on Vinted - somewhere else she had suggested I look. I would highly recommend Sheen Slings and in fact, have told all my friends about it. My only regret is not using them for my first!

   As a first time mum, I really wanted to get to grips with how to wear my newborn daughter. After using a two way stretchy wrap on my own for the first few weeks, my partner and I decided to invest in a carrier we could both use as our daughter grew. I had no idea what to buy so decided to find a sling consultant for help! Madeleine invited us into her home and let us try a variety of carriers she thought might suit both of our body types. She clearly spoke through our options and helped us to put the carriers on/off, adjust various straps and put the baby in/out. After deciding on a carrier we liked, she ordered it for us and we even got a small discount. She also offered us a free follow-up consultation, which we accepted weeks later as we wanted some advice on how to switch our daughter from rear to front facing. I would highly recommend Madeleine and Sheen Slings!!

   We arranged a private consultation with Madeleine for our 14 week old daughter, who had seemed unsettled in our existing sling. Madeleine was incredibly helpful, bringing along a large selection of carriers for us to try and providing lots of advice to help us decide which one would suit us best; she also gave us tips on how we could use our existing sling better (although our daughter would soon outgrow it). We hired a carrier from Madeleine initially but after a week decided to buy our own as our daughter seemed very settled in it, and have been getting on well since. We actually saved money based on Madeleine’s advice, as we were previously leaning towards a more expensive carrier! All in all a very positive experience and we would recommend her to others.

   Madeleine was amazing! Very warm, knowledgeable and gave us everything we needed to make us confident with our choice in the end. Like buying a wedding dress, you walk in thinking you know what features/ style you want, but walk out buying something completely different - and I'm so pleased we did! She introduced us to so many slings we didn't even know existed and helped us quickly whittle it down to one we that worked perfectly for us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

   The sling consultation was awesome. Madeleine was so helpful. I bought my sling before giving birth but when it came to using it I was so nervous. Madeleine gave me some useful tips that weren’t included within the sling instruction manual. I used it immediately after leaving the consultation and feel confident I’m using it properly and my little one is secure. She also demonstrated how to use other slings that I may want in the future and makes useful suck pads - a great addition to protect carriers. I will definitely go back as Otto grows/if I look to change my sling.
