   It's a great benefit to have this excellent Community Pharmacy in Ham. It is very reassuring to have professional and caring advice readily available from a trained pharmacist. Staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly and in addition to skin care products, the shop stocks an interesting range of vitamins and supplements. It is a pleasure to shop there.

   This is an outstading Pharmacy. It is well laid out, attractive and inviting. The staff are welcoming and courteous and ready to do whatever they can to help. There is a great range of services, and they are proactive in displaying new products. I looked for a tubigrip in a large chain of chemist and couldn't find one. Here, in Ham Parade, I was actually invited to sit down to have my ankle measured. They know my regular prescription needs and likely changes and have them ready. Exceptional service.

   Have recently been to this pharmacy and had my vaccines done in their travel clinic on 05/11/2025. Service was very quick and the pharmacy was very clean and staff were very approachable. The immuniser (Parminder) was very reassuring and I must say I did not feel anything when she gave the vaccines. Thank you Ham Parade Parmacy!

   I was recently in a bit of a bind, with not being able to get my medication from my usual pharmacy and the pharmacist at my Doctor managed to find it at Ham Parade Pharmacy. Not being mobile at the moment, I called Ham Parade Pharmacy to see if they could possibly deliver it to me - which they did. Absolutely 5 star service :-) Update : Once again Ham Parade Pharmacy proved that their service is second to none - delivering my medication on New Year's Eve, before I was due to leave on holiday and unable to get to the pharmacy. They are just brilliant.
