Very annoyed blocking the road with a delivery van that arrived before the builders merchants opened. 15 minute traffic delay by him blocking one side of the road. So selfish and made a lot of people late for work - for absolutely no reason. Park on a side road next time!

I had a great experience with Lords Builders Merchants in Putney. I purchased two MDF sheets (6mm x 1220mm x 2440mm) for some DIY projects. They cut the boards down to the exact sizes I needed, saving me a lot of time and effort. Customer service at the Putney branch was fantastic—friendly, professional, and efficient. The delivery men were polite, helpful, and kindly placed the MDF neatly in my back garden as requested. Highly recommend Lords Builders Merchants for quality materials and outstanding service!
Went to get timber for a DIY job, blokes were so friendly and helpful. Advised on the right timber, cut and delivered it. Absolute class. Never bothering with B&Q again.
Really great service, this is the 3rd time I have used them for timber and pre-cut sheet. In some cases I have needed over 100 pieces over varying sizes and they cut it all, no problem, talked me through it on my first order, and delivered on time and with a smile. Reece in particular has been beyond helpful whether in person, on the phone or by email. Often the thought of cutting all the pieces is what has put me off starting many projects but this for me is a game changer.

It is so unsafe to drive with unprotected timber like on the photo attached. I never used their service but now I’m not even going to.

Always friendly, helpful and professional. Like to thank Peter (and the rest of the team) for quickly helping to sort out a delivery of sheet material which should have been cut to size and wasn't. Cut sheets arrived later the same morning. Also Colin, who has been very helpful with choice of materials and provides an accurate and nicely finished cutting service.
