Convenience store in Richmond

“Well very handy for me as si close to my house. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Small shop but I’ve got all I want. Very popular to nearby residents. Not bad at all and open until 11 pm. Well expect the prices a bit higher than the big shop around.”

“Flowers are better that the store outside that lie constantly to customers. The attendants at the tills could not be more polite or helpful. I only use this store for a few items but I always feel welcome. No staff clogging up the aisles and taking right of way.”

“Here I came across fresh bananas. I recommend to buy only X5 bananas. Although packed. But they're fresh. The best bananas are. Which are half green and a little yellow. But even full yellow are great.”

“The store has some bad reviews for customer service but there is one lady (Venetia) who is very sweet and stands out doing an outstanding job. The times that she has been on the self-checkout machines they are always moving forwards efficiently and she makes it clear that she cares about every customer.”

“Incredible people, I wasn't given clear introductions on an A&E visit, likely due to miscommunication, and these people absolutely took care of me and taught me how to care for my wound. Very well trained professionals with good stock of basic and advanced medical supplies. I've gotten my flu shots here for the last 3 years also and they've been nothing but professional about the process and have answered all of my questions.”

“The pharmacists here (led by Manu) went out of their way to source me a medicine which was difficult to get hold of. They are always friendly and helpful, and offer a professional, personal service. Of course it gets busy sometimes, but it’s located in a highly populated residential area so this is to be expected.”

“Good selection of products. They are open most days except Christmas day and maybe new years day. Loads of deals and they also are an Evri parcel partner. Staff are always busy and store is clean. There is a cas machine outside.”

“Impressive & friendly service. My GP made a mistake and sent my prescription through to the wrong pharmacy, but the Lloyds Pharmacist was extremely helpful, explaining that I could phone the incorrect pharmacy and get them to release the prescription back to the spine so Lloyds could pick it up. They then did so and dispensed it, even though it was a minute before closing time. Recommended!”
