Not sure what goes on in this pharmacy, they either simply refuse to take your prescription as they can't order it?! Or they take your prescription ask you to come and collect the next day then just give you the prescription back with, sorry couldn't get it?! Really need a much better pharmacy chain in Sainsburys, Lloyd's is a waste of time

.purchased a one off order for a drug and can't get LLOYDS to cancel the repeat billing, now 8 months later!! Lloyds counter person said it was canceled, but not so and have never been back.

Terrible experience at this place! After firstly putting up with and being told βour system has gone down this afternoonβ- (fair enough it happens Iβm sureβ¦.) we are issuing no prescriptions. Then once the system came online again; THE NEXT MORNING!! they said βthey donβt have the medicine prescribed on the prescription and you will need to go elsewhere!!) I was shocked!! Not even an apology this time! The place is a Complete joke! Very Disappointing and infuriating!! Also If a patient isnβt getting their medicines when needed, (especially having to wait a whole afternoon, evening, night!!! This is also hazardous to life - extreme comment? You decide. Dont use this pharmacy. Use the one 200 mtrs up the road. They were fantastic and even mixed my two year olds medicine for me to the right consistency, without me even asking!!

My dad has always gotten his prescription from this pharmacy as it is close to where he lives. His gp and the manager at this pharmacy have said he can order his prescription there and pick it up, a rude lady refused to give him his prescription. She was adamant that his prescription hadnβt been ordered even though the gp confirmed it had and refused to deal with him. Incredibly rude and obnoxious and it makes me wonder what sheβs doing in a customer service role. Despicable.

Impressive & friendly service. My GP made a mistake and sent my prescription through to the wrong pharmacy, but the Lloyds Pharmacist was extremely helpful, explaining that I could phone the incorrect pharmacy and get them to release the prescription back to the spine so Lloyds could pick it up. They then did so and dispensed it, even though it was a minute before closing time. Recommended!

This pharmacy is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. Staff are rude and unprofessional. No one answers the phone. Staff demand they don't have prescriptions after doctors offices have sent them. When prescriptions are ordered from Lloyd's app (it says pharmacy will contact patients when prescriptions are ready) they do not actually contact us in any way when our prescription is ready. Then when you call to check on a prescription (if you can get ANYONE to answer the phone) the pharmacy then claims it is not their responsibility to let patients know when their prescriptions are ready (even though that is what the official Lloyds app tells us). I spent 3 hours (on a Tuesday morning - probably the least busy time to be in touch with the pharmacy) trying to get in touch with them. Finally when I reached them after 3 hours the woman was excruciatingly rude and demanded it was not her problem that I had not been contacted by the pharmacy when my prescription was ready (after I had been waiting a week and a half). This is about the 6th time I have had a problem with this pharmacy and I will be transferring to another pharmacy. It doesn't seem anyone employed here feels a responsibility to *actually do their job*. I am fed up.

As others, would leave 0 stars, in fact negative stars. How can somewhere get such bad feedback and no action be taken? This is dangerous for people! A pharmacy is meant to give medication that is life saving to some! Every time I have been here to try get my prescription (swapped after 3 times of an absolute joke service) there has been huge queues of people waiting hours sometimes, to be told they dont have anything! EVERY SINGLE person has an issue? I got told twice they did not have my prescription (after 1st time of incomplete perscription) but I know it is not my GP as I have moved pharmacy and had top class service elsewhere. Not just the actual llyods pharmacy either, but also the online service is absolutely useless (2 weeks after being dispatched from warehouse no perscription to be seen).

Since they have updated their system they don't seem to have a clue. Always messing up scripts, never seem to have the right prescription. Rude managers/pharmacists who do not want to listen when you try to talk to them. I understand they may be under a lot of pressure but just snapping "go talk to your doctor" and walking away isn't helpful or nice. Everytime I go there seems to be a queue of people annoyed and angry because their meds are wrong, the system has broke down, or have had thier jabs cancelled. Honestly, save yourself the stress and find somewhere else
