   stupid tesco workers won’t sell paracetamol without an id when you’re obviously over 16 , young workers fine but everyone should be able to buy paracetamol and even more so if they are obviously 16+ so period pain? any pain? don’t come here for any pain relief they won’t serve. ridiculous

   Good selection of products. They are open most days except Christmas day and maybe new years day. Loads of deals and they also are an Evri parcel partner. Staff are always busy and store is clean. There is a cas machine outside.

   The shop was opened 4-5 minutes behind schedule. There was only one woman working there and she was constantly running around trying to fix the coffee machine and tills. I was hoping to find a fresh bakery, but unfortunately, there were none available.

   This store keeps chocolates and other confectionery straight under the Aircon shelves. As a result, chocolates melts and changes the taste and especially in winter when Aircon produces hot air. I stopped buying my favourite chocolate there and go to Waitrose instead where goods kept correctly and under right temperature. Just a shame.

   Rude member of staff The tag on the Paracetamol shelf says you can only take three but the lady behind the counter claims the law says only two allowed per person , fine ,but she refused to accept the mistake on the tag and threatens to not sell me anything . I’m a local citizen who uses Tesco east sheen for everyday grocery’s and I have been nothing but nice to the staff but I was shocked at the way they treated me today .

   Would be great if the staff could learn how to wear their face masks. Three separate occasions they haven't been wearing them. Complete lack of respect for what is going on and your customers.

   Not only was there no member of staff at the door checking face masks and making sure people used the hand sanitizer but there was at least 5 customers in store who weren't wearing face masks. Myself and at least 1 other customer alerted staff to the fact and they shrugged and didnt care. Disgusting customer service. Failure to protect staff, customers, the community and stop the spread of the virus. Well done Tesco - you've lost yourself a household of customers. We'll be going to Waitrose in future where they make sure customers wear masks and clearly care about the welfare of the community!!!

   Every few days I’m buying a bottle of red wine after 9pm from Tesco Express but 1st time I was told by the store manager to live store and do not show op anymore when I removed wine from my trousers by the beeping gate. I had bottle of red wine under my sweater (I never carried bag I live round the corner of that shop). Luckily I had my receipt and I paid by card (Alcohol was approved by cashier). I scanned bottle on the til 2nd time and when I left gate did not beep. I will take TESCO manager advice deep to my heart and will not show up anymore... one more reason for that is TESCO does not have any good red wine. In last 3 years I tried all wine they have and did not found one I could recommend. ... apart of ... Organic "Maree d’Ione Nero di Troia" ... from Waitrose across the road. Thanks ... read and learn from "others" mistakes.
