   One is so frequently asked for reviews these days, on even the most insignificant of transactions, that I of one feel a strong urge to ignore every request - however, in the case of PACK & SEND Richmond Park that would be very unfair to Allan and the staff in Twickenham. Their service has been first class. Five stars. I can't thank them enough for their advice and the courteous handling of the collection, packing, and administrative details of a shipment to the USA. They made simplicity itself of what had seemed a complicated undertaking.

   We were in Twickenham last year and we had a very large print mounted on foam core. The seller does not ship to the US, so I ordered it in the US and had it shipped to friends here, thinking it could be rolled up. We took it to Pack and Send and picked it up later the same day. The packing was amazing and reasonably priced. It conformed to the linear dimensions for a checked bag which we get free. When we picked it up at baggage claim, it was in perfect condition thanks to Pack & Send. We highly recommend them.

   I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.

   Just received a phone call from Eric, my brother in law in Australia. He is a hard person to please - but he was not only pleased with the inherited goods I sent him, he was really pleased with the way things were packed - one of the items was something he had made. I found the staff in the richmond office easy to deal with and very helpful - they even found a way to send the goods cheaper by air then by sea.
