Arrived without an appointment and although my tyre was not a common one, they had they exact model in stock (from the same manufacturer) and were able to fit straight away. He always impressed us with design ideas, and always can find solutions with any small challenges. His prices were very competitive without any hidden cost. His products are really good quality. “OMG. My wife and I went here just to see what they had. £45 pound later, we had to stop because we had enough shopping to stock up our tall freezer. We only walked around 2/3 of the shop. There is so much choice and it's great value for money. A lot of the items we bought, we are trying for the first time. We normally do an online shop, but we didn't want the same old, same old stuff. “I bought a Carerra bike for my son last week from Halfords in Twickenham (Ivy Bridge), and received great service. I went back a few days later to enquire about fitting a gear guard or derailer cover to the bike. Other staff members were not sure it was possible as they had not fitted one before to that bike. However Johno attended to me and went to look at the derailer of the same bike ion display in the store and worked out the best way to fit a gear guard on. As I walk with a crutch, and my son’s bike was in the car, Johno offered to come out to the car and fit gear guard to the cycle while it was still in the car. What brilliant service and Johno is a real credit to the organisation as nothing was too much trouble.”
