This pharmacy is amazing. My prescriptions are always ready on time. I’ve even seen Nuha for consultations, fabulous quick and saves a trip to the GP. Nuha and Sherin are lovely ladies who go above and beyond to help. Thank you ladies
I have been using this pharmacy for nearly five years now and am always impressed with how polite, helpful and charming they are. They genuinely are like you can only hope a local pharmacy should be which is efficient ,caring and kind.
Pharmacy Closes when convenient to them - terrible. Having waited ten minutes for my prescription I then ran some errands returning for 6.24pm having missed a yoga class that cost me £22 only to find a member of staff that told me I had bad luck. Cheers ! Also, that Boots do not let customers in ten minutes prior to closing - they DO NOT close at 6.30pm - they close when suits them.
Unfortunately if there is less than one star I will give it to this pharmacy, as today I experienced the worst day ever with their pharmacist nuha mirza . She called me rude and disgusting because I told her the way she is mixing antibiotics is time consuming and I am a pharmacist myself she does not need to do it that way and not to through a bottle product I am buying while scanning it as she was not happy to sell me anything. Never used bad words with her or raised my voice or disrespect her but after she called me disgusting I did raised my voice how dare she. That’s why private small businesses that we try to encourage losses their jobs and that’s why big places like boots and Lloyd’s will always be better. Very bad customer customer service and very unfriendly staff.
Arrogant and rude especially towards English people only asked for paracetamol, much kinder elsewhere.
