   Wonderfully friendly pharmacy. Community driven and very caring. Special mention of Nicki on the counter, she remembers people’s names and has lots of experience. Fatima the pharmacist is also very helpful and knowledgeable.

   Very friendly pharmacy that I have been using for years. Fatima is especially knowledgable and helpful but all staff good. A star is missing as the Day Lewis ordering process can be confusing and they now close on Saturdays.

   Absolutely great pharmacy! Friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. They all go out of their way to help you any time of the day and are very professional. Fatima has been amazing when I had an ear problem. She put me at ease straightaway as I was very anxious about it last year and today; so a big thank you.

   Shame people only share a bad experience- this pharmacy has a real community feel to it- staff go out of their way to help their customers- many have been with them for years. They are a pharmacy that cares for their patients. 100% would recommend

   Have been really pressured by Fatima when in the pharmacy to do vaccines/sign up to schemes (I assume they get paid for this). I also received a fine over £100 because the pharmacy issued me a prescription they shouldn’t have. Please be careful if they convince you to sign up to a prepayment scheme and watch out for any errors during sign up/don’t let them rush you into doing it there and then. Don’t let them issue you a prescription if there are errors, even if they say it’s no problem. You will most likely get fined and they are well aware of this. Will not be returning…

   I have visited this pharmacy 4 times since the summer to buy the same medication and now paid 4 different prices. Not subtly different, to the tune of a 400% mark up putting their generic version beyond the cost of the branded and known versions. I’m actually shocked at such money grabbing. I understand pharmaceuticals are one of the most profitable businesses anyway, but that was 400% mark up!!! Absolutely shocked. This is not a local pharmacy. Moreover taking full advantage of the current climate. They invited me back to discuss the price??? Strange at best. I’m actually shocked. Will never ever go again out of principle.
