Poor service. Stood in front of the counter for about 10mins.. The guy behind the desk didn't look, didn't even bother to say hello.. even tho he knew I was waiting... He just organised his invoices together and stapling them while I watched.. so I just walked out..

Real gem of a merchants -Only place I could find which has great EWI fixings and materials actually in stock not just 'to order' in whole west half of London. Helpful friendly English speaking Polish staff. Stock very fine tools tiling plumbing roofing and decorative materials.
