   I bought a Carerra bike for my son last week from Halfords in Twickenham (Ivy Bridge), and received great service. I went back a few days later to enquire about fitting a gear guard or derailer cover to the bike. Other staff members were not sure it was possible as they had not fitted one before to that bike. However Johno attended to me and went to look at the derailer of the same bike ion display in the store and worked out the best way to fit a gear guard on. As I walk with a crutch, and my son’s bike was in the car, Johno offered to come out to the car and fit gear guard to the cycle while it was still in the car. What brilliant service and Johno is a real credit to the organisation as nothing was too much trouble.

   Fantastic service. First gentleman said the person at the till would help. Jaspal at the til was brilliant opened the box, explained what it should look like and made the whole experience really pleasant. Much appreciation to both members of staff. Didn’t get the other gentleman’s name who fitted the purchased item.

   Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Was picking up a bike for my four year old, his first bike, and was worried it might be a tad heavy for him. Asked the member of staff who assisted us if we could try the bike first, but that particular bike wasn't on display, so I asked if we could try a bike of a similar weight, and the staff member was happy to help with that. Also asked about return policy, just in case, and again the member of staff was happy to help. Can't fault the service and experience really.

   I was at this store to have my my new bike serviced. The engineer was exceptional good at his craft and excellent personality. Once he started work on the bike it was ready as promised.    Halfords is the best place for purchasing vehicle parts of all types of vehicles and other accessories,cameras for cars, all types of oils for vehicles, bicycles, bicycle parts, push chairs for children,for dogs and for cats and many more items like this. The staff is good and cooperative and helpful.Overall working of the store is very good.

   Came in on a Saturday to get a new inner tube fitted on a bike. It wasn’t busy but there were a few other customers there and I was told it would be an hour wait. I came back an hour later and there were no customer’s there and several staff members standing around and they hadn’t even started on my bike. Staff member, possibly the manager, got another staff member to fit the inner tube. He took the bike into the back and didn’t come out for half an hour. Usually only takes 10 mins to do. So I wasn’t impressed by how long it took them and no acknowledgement or apologies for me waiting so long. I won’t be going back.

   Halfords was a wonderful experience for me. The Halfords personnel impressed me with their courtesy and helpfulness. Adam helped me remarkably in exceeding all of my expectations. He gave me great advice on which bike tyre would be best and affordable, which was very useful. He is a true credit to Halfords because he was courteous, competent, and shown exceptional customer service abilities. I appreciate a pleasant experience, so thanks! This is a store I would strongly recommend to others.

   Plethora of options on bikes, good gears, clothing and accessories. The only con is we got the bike recently in 2022 but due to pandemic we were not allowed to test drive before booking the bike. We got to try on the bike only after the delivery was made which isn’t helpful
