   I called in yesterday with an unscheduled suspension safety check after hitting a pot hole. The Richmond staff were brilliant. Even though they were flat out, saw me with minimal wait. Really helpful and reassuring. Particularly thanks to the branch manager and mechanic who checked my car. Both very professional, thorough and excellent customer service. Well done Kwikfit

   Helpful duty manager and reasonable price but slow. Team of four people seem to drift around the cars which are in and do bits and bobs without focussing on just getting the job done. An hour and a bit for two new tyres much slower than I’ve experienced at other branches and/or garages. Maybe better to drop off the car rather than do a while-you-wait if you have the options

   Had a rear tyre punctured due to a screw. Drove there and they fixed it quickly, efficiently and imho at a very reasonable cost there and then. Perhaps I was lucky with the timing; but no faffing, no ‘we can’t fit it in until a year next Tuesday’. I would say that, due to the entrance location, getting your vehicle into and especially out of the place is a bit tricky.

   Had a punctured tyre after hitting the curb at 4am. Drove the car slowly to this kwick fit and waited there until 8:30am open time. Was seen quickly after opening time and got my tyres changed. Saved hundreds in breakdown recovery costs and got quality tyre fitted. Brilliantly cooperative staff.
