Very patient and genuinely caring staff - they know their stuff and are always so happy to help. Would recommend them to any pet owner especially dogs.
Stumbled on this friendly pet shop on my day out in Richmond. I ended up buying more than I was planning. Katie in particular super helpful with advice and guidance on showing us how to put on a muzzle on my poodle dog who bites us indoors. All the staff super helpful with their advice regarding gaining confidence to handle my pooch. Definitely recommend this store if you want advice on anything related to pets . A good choice of leads, toys, collars, pet supplies. Thank you again ladies really appreciate your support x
A great find! The staff were lovely and they went out of their way to help me find small, soft toys that my senior dog could handle. Very glad that I decided to stop there. Clayton loved his new toys!
Great selection and truly lovely staff. I always take my greedy bulldog Toast in here on the way back from the green for a treat and the staff are always so pleased to see him and help him pick out his next snack. Thank you guys!

I brought my 9 week old Whippet here as we were struggling to find a suitable and comfortable collar for her. Greeted by a warm welcome, Anna was very knowledgeable and helpful and we soon found the right collar and harness.
