Exceptional service that you rarely find in retail. Gosia was so helpful in finding items in my size that were not immediately available on the shelves. Offering to order stock in especially, and for practicality, put an item on hold for a different store to collect the next day.
I don't normally review stores but I was in here last Saturday morning and received fantastic service. I don't believe a person has ever pondered a navy shirt as much as I did. The lady who served me was extremely helpful and patient.

The best Customer Service we have EVER experienced. Today my husband and I popped into the Richmond Gant store, we were greeted by a friendly young guy who noticed we were looking at hoodies. He asked if we needed another size, and then mentioned a few other hoodies in the sale. He popped to the back and grabbed multiple sizes in the range within minutes, offered advice and was super knowledgable about the brand. So friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Then served by Samir at the checkout who was also so friendly and actually interested in having a conversation, not just sales chit chat. Just genuinely nice people who seemed like they were all happy to be working there. What a nice shopping experience. Thank you!
I bought all my Christmas presents here last week and my family loved them all. I was particularly impressed with Gosia, who helped me pick out the best possible clothes for each of my family members. I could not have been happier with my overall experience.
Always loved their clothes and a regular customer. Bought a pair of jeans a week ago. Within a week a small hole appeared. Must note it’s the first time any of their clothes cause me any trouble with quality.Took them to the store and were replaced immediately. Shop assistant was polite and wanted to serve me as best as possible.Great service and live up to a great brand standard.
