   I had a great experience today thanks to Anita. She was genuinely helpful, friendly, and made my visit a lot easier. She took the time to explain things clearly and even encouraged me to apply for a Waitrose card, which I ended up doing. Her customer service was excellent and made a real difference. Highly recommend her — she’s a credit to the store.

   Waitrose Surbiton is a lovely clean spacious supermarket and after my shop l look forward to relaxing and getting my coffee and sitting in the window. However... why do the staff on the Sushi Daily franchise have to keep SHOUTING at each other instead of talking normally and banging about when they are washing up, instead of being QUIET??? Can someone please tell them?? Thank you.

   Today, my 14-year-old son was wrongly turned away when he attempted to collect my John Lewis parcel at Waitrose Surbiton. A staff member refused to assist him on the basis that he was "underage," without even checking the parcel collection number to determine whether any age restriction actually applied. While the store manager later apologised following my phone call, the staff member who initially denied service made no effort to acknowledge his mistake. Instead, he stated that my son should have explained he was collecting on my behalf due to my illness—an unreasonable and inappropriate expectation to place on a child. This experience reflects poorly on the purpose of the customer service desk. Even if, hypothetically, there had been an age restriction, the complete lack of empathy, initiative, and willingness to assist or offer any practical solution was disappointing and unacceptable.

   Top place for good quality and wide range of products. Ofcourse somewhat pricey but actually almost comparable in many cases to M&S and Sainsbury's. Free parking also helps. They have a fresh fish counter and that does some good fish too

   Mainly well stocked across their normal products, occasionally the range is slightly reduced because of supply chain issues, but usually not for long, and the essentials always seem to be there in the usual quantities. The caring, cheerful, helpful partners (staff) always make it a pleasure to visit.

   Seem to have a few items on my list that wernt there, but instead we're replaced by other items instead, slightly confusing. The till I went to was not working properly and I really felt for the worker as it was holding her up! Nothing worse than working with equipment that is old and needs updating. Apart from that it was OK.

   Free parking up to 2 hours (see pic), great location in heart of Surbiton, near the station. Medium size store with good variety of groceries and wide aisles. Shame the free coffee machines for loyal customers no longer available.

   I popped into Waitrose with my two kids aged 3 and 4 months. Couldn't find parent parking so just parked in a normal bay, when I got out I saw this... Would've been nice if it was available to park in as there's not many parenting parking bays as there is!

   Good shopping experience not the cheapest but certainly has a good selection of quality foods and wine. The fresh fish, meat and cheese counters are a joy. Also, Well done to Waitrose for a great job in providing support to those less fortunate.
