   I have bought several (6+) pairs of running shoes from Up & Running over the years. They offer a VERY USEFUL video of your gait and analyse how your feet land while jogging on their treadmill. The staff are helpful and not pushy for sales. This is the best specialist store for miles around. (I've never worked for them nor do I know any staff, I'm just a satisfied customer).

   Third or fourth time in the store to get new trainers and staff are always friendly and helpful. Great service again today; although they didn't have the colour way I wanted (New Balances fault not the shop!) I was able to try on trainers and get some great advice.

   SO thankful to have discovered this shop. From entering the shop i was greeted by Luke who listened to what i needed from a trainer following a ankle fusion. I was impressed about the wealth of knowledge Luke has about a vast number of brands and the time he spent with me trying to make sure i got the right pair for me following on from the gait analysis. I now am a proud owner of a pair of Brooks Glycerin which will help make long distance walking pain free. I highly recommend stopping here before trying anywhere else. Lukes customer service is a real credit to his team!

   Great shop with great staff! I went there to get a free gait analysis and check out some running shoes. They had a good selection of Saucony and New Balance, but what makes this place amazing is its knowledgeable staff! Kate was brilliant and really made my shopping less stressful.
