   Highly recommend TransGas. They helped me with heating and plumbing as part of a back to brick renovation. John provided pragmatic advice and support from the outset, and has been really helpful in problem solving issues that inevitably (and frequently) cropped up along the way. Jack did most of the install work and has been professional, diligent and methodical. Others helped and I found the whole team to be consistently helpful, great to deal with, and above all trustworthy. I could not recommend more highly.

   New boiler fitted. Great communication throughout from initial quote to installation. A very competitive price. What was outstanding was the professional attitude of the 2 lovely engineers David Knight and Louis Walder. My Mum was dreading having strangers in the house but they couldn't have been nicer and really reassured her.

   Transgas were brilliant! The office dealt with my queries politely and efficiently and arranged both visits with a minimum of fuss. On the first visit, the engineer, David, located the gas leaks quickly and capped them off. On the second visit, the next engineer, Jack, reattached the cooker that had been leaking gas, with a new hose and piping from the meter, which he had to drill through the kitchen wall. All the work was neat, accurate and again, causing as little disruption as possible. He double-checked that there were no more leaks and that all parts of the cooker worked and that the boiler ran smoothly. He ensured all work mess was carefully tidied up as well. Thank you, Transgas for exceptional work from polite, professional staff who really know their jobs. Definitely worth all 5 Stars!!

   Cannot fault these guys. From start to finish they were quick, clean and reassuring. The job took 2 days because of complications with my old boiler setup. The first day, two lads came over to uninstall the boiler (can’t remember their names sorry - but they both seemed great!) and then David came over to begin the install. David is a stand-up guy. Really genuinely lovely, and very knowledgeable. The second day Riley was over to assist, and was also really lovely and explained to me how to use my new system which I have set up tonight. The job was finished to a high standard and the guys cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic service and I’m really grateful to them for taking such a professional level of care.

   After forgetting to have our boiler serviced I reached out to Transgas who fitted me in not only quickly but at a time that suited our busy work schedules. They arrived on time and even text me a GPS locating the driver and with their details so I knew who to expect. Dan was incredibly helpful and honest and even spent the time letting us know how we could save money on our gas bills using the boiler. No other plumbing company had taken the time to inform us what all the buttons and switches were for, but now have a much better idea. After giving it the full bill of health, Dan followed up with us to check everything was OK once he had left. The service from booking to call out was exceptional and I would highly recommend Transgas to friends and family as well other recommending them to others outside of this network.

   From the initial contact to fitting of our new boiler, the service from Transgas was exemplary. I’d like to thank, in particular, John, Luke and Mitch who surveyed, organised and fitted the unit for us. Mitch was very tidy in his work and always arrived on time and took care of our home. All were informative, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We are extremely pleased and will continue to use Transgas for any further works needed. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
