   They seem to make up their prices on the spot! I went in a few days ago to get a courier quote for an international parcel, which I wanted to arrive before Christmas. The person serving me no doubt sensed the urgency and I was told that it was tricky and expensive this close to Christmas and was quoted about £130 for one provider and a ‘cheaper’ option of around £80. Luckily I had done some basic due diligence beforehand and was expecting a much lower price, so I didn’t go for it. As it turned out, I then got my own direct (retail) quote from UPS and it cost me £22 and was delivered by Christmas. I like to support local shops and accept that there is sometimes a premium for convenience (like on their substantially marked-up stationery), but providing a shipping quote of over 4 times the actual cost is daylight robbery. I don’t appreciate people trying to pull the wool over my eyes and definitely won’t be visiting again.

   The place has a variety of services offered more than what you could expect basing on it's look outside. The staff have a good customer care and speed is outstanding. Plan your parking in the surrounding areas as there's no spot parking at the shop. I loved their services.

   This place is a hidden gem! It’s one of those places you never venture into unless you have to, but the service has been top class! I’ve had a bunch of artwork printed from Etsy and it looks very professional. Also, the pricing was so reasonable. Not only that, but we were in a hurry since we had photographers coming to take photos of the house for rental and the Amazon prints weren’t going arrive on time. I was able to purchase digital art on Etsy and print off that same day. In 24 hours our house has been transformed. The shop was a hub of activity, but a lot of hard work was put in to meeting our deadline. We really appreciate the quality of work and goodwill. Five stars! Also if you need to have passport photos done it’s a lot cheaper than any place nearby.

   Excellent shipping experience of a parcel to Germany. Friendly and helpful staff, parcel delivered promptly and safely. I had originally tried to send it from the Post Office who had struggled to help and didn't understand their own regulations for sending items containing lithium batteries. I'm very glad I went here afterwards as there was no queue and no difficulty whatsoever. I'll definitely use places like this in the future.
