“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.”

“We have been coming to the restaurant for a few years. The menu has expanded with loads of new vegetarian and Indo Chinese options. Food was delicious and the service was really excellent. They were attentive to our requests and table.”

“Great location for a short walk to King cross and St. Pancras stations. The room is good. There are 4 pillows, heater, and shampoo as well as clean towels. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. If I come back to London next time I will stay here again for sure! Worth it.”

“Don't let the negative reviews put you off booking. We really enjoyed our stay in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, it was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and all the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, which is served in the pub (The Winning Post), which is on the side of the building. It was amazing; there was plenty of choice (even as a vegetarian), and the cooked breakfast was made to order. Again, all the Staff were sociable and friendly. We will definitely be back.”

“My wife and I were in Bromley for just one night and we decided to stay here having done so quite a few years ago, and it is so convenient as it is centrally located within easy reach of the town centre, restaurants and pubs. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the decoration and decor of the place had been kept as pristine as we recalled from our previous visit; there was no deterioration at all. Check-in was extremely quick, and we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the busy A21 road that runs passed the hotel at the front. We found that the room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only slight gripe was that we found that the room a little hot while trying to sleep, but this is probably because we sleep in such a cold room, our preference, while at home. We took advantage of the underground car parking and we thought that the price paid for a full 24-hours was very reasonable especially for the obvious peace of mind that it gave us. Checkout the following morning was just a matter of putting the room card in a slot at the Reception Desk. All in all we thought that it was a very good choice to have made, especially at the cost which was very, very reasonable.”

“Close to the underground and coach station, corner shops are also very close by. Service is superb! We arrived early and the kind gentleman allowed us to check in early and even told us about the FREE 5G Wi-Fi!!! We will definitely be coming back next time we go to London!”

“I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.”

“Hotel Zaro - Forio, Ischia Outstanding hotel in a beautiful setting. Sea view room was outstanding and very comfortable. Air con and safe included in the price. Hotel and grounds (including pool) were kept very clean and tidy. 2 minute walk to the beach with some lovely restaurants overlooking the bay(la Rondinella is a must for the seafood). Hotel food included a continental breakfast buffet with a 3 course dinner with additional antipasti buffet if required. Lots of variety in the choices (4 starters, 3 mains, 2 desserts). The restaurant team run by Franco were extremely efficient and welcoming. Local buses ran frequently and were within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. They were a cost effective way to explore the island if on a budget. The taxi's were also a good way to get around with a tariff in place, but check with the driver and agree the price before getting in. The island of Ischia is a beautiful peaceful place to relax and unwind with lots of places to visit and sight see. A visit to a spa is a must (Negombo was our choice ans was 5*). The only negative for me was the travelling, it was a long day with flights, transfers, ferry, minibus to hotel. I would definitely go again but would arrange private transfers (lugging your suitcase on and off coaches/ferries was very tiring).”

“As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”

“Clean and modern rooms. A bit small, but good enough for a short trip. Little kitchen with coffee mashine (free refill of coffee tabs every day), ceramic field and water boiler. Bathroom is also very modern. The rooms seem to be renewed in the last month/year, because everything felt quite new. It's very well located next to the tube, overground and bus. Also a lot of restaurants, shops, cafes are around. Would come back every time.”
