Of the premier ins this is definitely one of the best. Stayed in a premier in plus room which was spot on and good value for money. Yuri was on reception most times I came in from work and always greeted me, helped with various things and walked me through getting on the WiFi! So thank you! Check in was quick, rooms are quiet and cosy. Thank you!

Don't let the negative reviews put you off booking. We really enjoyed our stay in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, it was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and all the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, which is served in the pub (The Winning Post), which is on the side of the building. It was amazing; there was plenty of choice (even as a vegetarian), and the cooked breakfast was made to order. Again, all the Staff were sociable and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a business trip for a few days. The location is great. Reception staff were very good. Extra towels or sheets were no problem at all. The rooms were spotless and specious, but no air con it was baking. They did add 2 fans in the room but made it unbearable .

The staff were fantastic. We were staying overnight for a funeral and had a family gathering catered for us there. Everything was done on time and beautifully cooked.

Room was disappointing for a Premier Inn. Was very tired and a little run down. Room smelt of damp and heating didn’t work which isn’t ideal in -° temperatures. Although bed was comfy.

Car rear window broken on site by vandalism. Staff didn't give a dam. Asked for cctv coverage never got it. The girl who done the breakfast was excellent..

Typical Premier Inn. Comfortable bed and reasonably spacious. The bathroom was starting to look a little tired but was fine. You will sometimes hear aircraft landing at Heathrow and on one of my 3 night stays had a heavy snorer in the adjacent room! Didn't use the facilities in the Winning Post pub next door so cannot comment on that.

Room was comfortable because in the recent heatwave I brought my own fan otherwise it would have been unbearable!. There is no air con. Breakfast was ok. A bit over priced. Served next door in the Winning Post pub. Excellent location for Twickenham/ bus route and a walk into Whitton village which has an array of shops, and coffee bars.
