“Our son lives in Twickenham and this is our ‘go to’ hotel when we visit. Great location, clean cosy rooms and friendly efficient staff. We sometimes take our evening meal here and have always been very happy with the quality and choice. Good beers too. On one or two occasions we’ve struggled to get the television to work. It’s not a straightforward system so it can be easier to simply connect to the Internet and use my iPad. Aside this small niggle the hotel is perfect for us and we will continue to use it. Watch the room prices though, they can be very high on certain rugby match days.”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

“Don't let the negative reviews put you off booking. We really enjoyed our stay in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, it was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and all the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, which is served in the pub (The Winning Post), which is on the side of the building. It was amazing; there was plenty of choice (even as a vegetarian), and the cooked breakfast was made to order. Again, all the Staff were sociable and friendly. We will definitely be back.”

“I've just checked out this morning and have to say the overall experience I had during my one night stay was very good. Much better than I had expected having read the recent reviews. Even taking into consideration the budget price, the room was a good size, clean, the bed was comfortable. The dinner and breakfast, though not as good as Premier Inn's, were adequate for the price and the staff on reception and in the dining area were polite and attentive. Not much to improve on in all honesty. Thank you.”

“I stayed here whilst on business and although a bit further out of central London than I would normally prefer, it was such a great choice! From the start every member of staff went above and beyond and were always smiling, polite and so helpful. “We had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Ravenscourt Park) last spring. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean (and affordable), and the location is absolutely excellent. Our group got stuck in London in the Heathrow shutdown chaos, and manager Lenuta at Premier Inn was absolutely incredible with helping us secure rooms for extra nights. She was so kind and helpful. The staff also surprised two of the college students on the trip with a birthday celebration when the extended trip meant they didn't get to spend their birthdays at home. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at this Premier Inn. It's also an excellent location--close to a beautiful park, wonderful cafes, a short walk to the amenities in Hammersmith, and just a short walk to Ravenscourt station, which offers easy Tube access to the entire city.”

“Exceptional budget stay for an overnight work trip. Seamless check in, and I was upgraded to a double room free of charge, which was really appreciated. The room and bathroom was very clean, as well as comfortable, with all the amenities you would need. I didn't find the surrounding area noisy, rather on par with the usual noise of London. “Amazing hospitality displayed, such a warm and cozy environment that makes you feel right at home, the drinks were great straight from the draft, amazing service by all the staff. I even managed to get to know some by name, Samuel and Tatiana, had a lovely time they make the place feel like home. “Two night stay, great location, 2 min walking distance to a lot of great eateries on Richmond High Street, and to the tube station. Only downside is parking, there’s a very expensive multi storey next door, and a slightly better NCP multi storey behind the tube station. Rooms clean and staff polite, would happily come again”

“Carole is a One Stop Shop Top Notch Groomer. It’s a passion and not just a profession which shows through with the care and time she takes to groom your pooch. She soon calmed my nervous senior JR and gained her trust rather quickly. It was more than a pleasure to be able to stay and watch the magic happen.
