The rooms are nothing fancy and the beds a bit hard, But the folk working there are lovely folk, wonderfully friendly, welcoming and helpful. For the price, there isnt much cheaper other than hostels. Variable pressure showers were welcome, and theres a set of off licenses and a chinese just around the corner if you dont fancy going further afield into Twickenham. Despite being near a big road I had no noise issues, and there were no noise issues from other guests. Main complaint would be that while I usually enjoy a firm bed, the ones here did give me a sore back after a while and I had to switch sleeping positions. The furnishings were also a bit shabby with peeling veneer, so could do with a bit of an update. If you need a cheap room and you're not too fussed, you can do a lot worse. However, to my understanding breakfast is an £8 charge, for which you get a basic full english (Egg, bacon, toast, beans, sausage, hash brown) and a choice of cereals, juices, tea, coffee and such. I might have misunderstood and only the hot breakfast was extra however!

The property is dated but the rooms are clean and a good price for London area service is very good.

I would not called Twickenham guests house. I will calle it Twickenham animal shelter. I have travelled the world and I never experience anything more disappointedly then at Twickenham guest house. I arrived there, good location and I entered in the house. When to reception sing for the room. I asked for keys and the guy said follow me to the room. Oh thas very good. He walked me outside on the back of the house there were a rooms like a dog shelter. It was 11pm I didn't had a choice. Room were discussed and very disappointedly. I will rather sleep in the car or in the bus station. Never will stay there again

Rooms from single to two persons made just one chair for using in a such a twin room no table inside. Awful service linen just changed when you leave even you stay longer. Staff is rude, you do not have access to kitchen not like shown in the pictures. Toaster is not clean maybe not cleaned for 2 years not working properly. Person working on reception steal my chicken for Christmas and said that he thraw it away because was thinking that I do not need it, it is just 12 hours after I bought. Heathen stopped during the day on winter when temperature outside is under 0. Overall, price a big that they provided, most of the hostels are much better like a conditions and service in London. Area is quite busy but for me is not convenient. I think this advert needs to decide who actually they are: hotel, hostel or homeless shelter because provide accommodation for homeless during winter time ???? What kind of business they do actually? What is mean guest house? Do that mean everyone welcome for free or something else.

Exceptional budget stay for an overnight work trip. Seamless check in, and I was upgraded to a double room free of charge, which was really appreciated. The room and bathroom was very clean, as well as comfortable, with all the amenities you would need. I didn't find the surrounding area noisy, rather on par with the usual noise of London. Thank you very much!

These place I not good for parking at only parking is road from 18:30 until 8:00 resulting in a parking ticket and costing £55 to pay on the spot or 110 if paid late, spend the extra money and get somewhere worth parking. Also the room are not pleasant

Not at all worth the money! Tiny, oldish, noisy, but at least it was clean and warm enough. I chose it because of it's position, near the stadium. I do not recomend it for holiday...

Good size room. Comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Great location and off road parking.

It's clean and warm, but bit basic and dated, but not paying for The Ritz, so you can't expect that standard. Staff very helpful and attentive. Didn't know I'd be sharing a bathroom which nowadays is a bit rare, so wasn't prepared that. But it does the job, do fair do's.
