“If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.”

“Excellent experience. They took great care of our one year old British longhair kitten who had a range of treatments - nail clip, wash and groom, deep shed removal, a mat removal and sanitary trim. Very professional and supportive throughout the whole process. Our kitten was calm and well looked after during her time here.
