“I dog sat for a few weeks for a friend. They warned me she is not a fan of groomers. Colleen and her team dispelled that myth, and got to clean her ears from wax and hair, which other groomers could not as she fully resisted! No more mites! She is a much happier dog as a result and definitely a customer for her life. My friends are super happy! Thank you!”
“Shame people only share a bad experience- this pharmacy has a real community feel to it- staff go out of their way to help their customers- many have been with them for years. They are a pharmacy that cares for their patients. 100% would recommend”
“Been using Whitton Pet Store for many years. Fantastic service. These ladies know what your pets need and want. Thanks for all your help.”
“Never had a bad experience here. Always left to browse alone without being bugged, however I’ve never had a problem receiving help when I ask. Friendly, and extremely knowledgeable staff in all areas. Gorgeous cats appear out of nowhere to welcome you at different points. More often than not, I also have a chat at the counter with staff when checking out. Thankful for a small family businesses like this still left in the area. Being run the way it is explains how they have lasted so well”
“Really friendly staff here actually one of the best chemists around this area in terms of helpfulness Would definitely recommend”
“Always found them very helpful and fast with prescriptions.”
“I set up my first fish tank just after Christmas, and Squires Aquatic Department has been amazing in advising me on the best ways to make it successful. I bought blue neon tetras. Fish, I have always wanted. Squires staff advised on how many to first introduce to the tank, when to add snails and shrimp. Great service. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. This will be my go-to store.”
“Romana and Mehek were amazing! They helped me to request medicine by calling my go. I can’t thank you enough. You are so kind and professional.”
“Excellent service from Rose at the Maple Leaf Pharmacy. It was so easy to book my private flu jab online and get it done with minimal fuss having booked a 5 minute slot. Walk-ins too which helped when I brought my husband. What a relief!”
“Twickenham is our favourite Poundland Store. Jaya is an ambassador for the company, always greats me and my husband like family. Always friendly and helpful, she makes our visits special. The Twickenham store is well managed, stocked and a must visit place for us.”

“I've used Whitton Corner Pharmacy for years now. As a small community pharmacy, it's not easy to respond to everybody's wish for instant service or to have every possible item in stock at all times. Having worked in a pharmacy myself many years ago, I know how busy things can get, particularly during colds and flu season, and how difficult it can sometimes be when manufacturers delay production on certain drugs. I've always been treated respectfully and when purchasing non-prescription items, found their prices to be better than the high street alternatives.”
“Best service ever. Bit expensive compare to other supermarkets that's because they show case lots of other brands rather than Tesco own brand. Paid parking after 10 to 4.30 on the main road. Self service attandant which you won't see in any other Tesco . Quite busy after 5 in the evening due to trains . Staff is helpful and have knowledge of different options. Produce section is always full and lots of reduced items daily.”
“Came here to find their lunch hours and see a ton a bad reviews so had to add my 2 cents. Whenever I have to wait now it's because they're being overly helpful (which is not a complaint) to a customer asking a ton of questions. To be honest, I used to hate going there but they have all new staff now. The "head pharmacist" (?) is very professional even when she probably has a right to be impatient with me lol.”
“Visited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcoming”
