   Disappointing experience at Boots in Twickenham today. Stock always seems depleted. The customer service was very poor. I placed my products on the counter and as I started to pack, the assistant demanded my payment card. I am not sure if she thought I was going to make off with the products before paying. Why I would go to the effort of getting them processed through the till and run off without paying is a slightly baffling logic to me. I was not asked if I required a receipt so I paused. The assistant then processed the receipt, slapped it down onto the counter and walked off. I do understand that shop lifting is on the increase, and there are pressures on team members, but having previously worked in retail myself, politeness goes along way.

   Yet another occasion of unbelievable rudeness from the staff at this Boots. Today I was refused a refund on a useless product and last time a chemist grimaced and said "Oh God" when I told her of an issue I was having. Why aren't upper management reading these reviews and stepping in?? The staff here seem to regard any customer in the shop as a problem.

   It seems there is a recurring issue at Boots Twickenham with empty shelves and unhelpful staff including the pharmacist. It would be great if the store could address these concerns to improve the overall experience for customers.

   Visited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcoming

   This is one of the worst boots I’ve ever been to. There is practically no stock on the shelves, the pharmacists always seem very stressed and the shop assistants are rude and not bothered about customer service.

   I almost always find a visit to this store a demoralising experience. There is generally a long wait to be served, service is slow - more staff are needed. There is one staff member who is cheerful and helpful but generally the staff are not personable. The whole store feels in need of attention.

   The pharmacist (middle age woman) wasn't nice and was very stressed. the guy in charge of my prescription got the wrong medications ready. it was just for another person.... my GP made a very understandable and obvious mistake and prescribed 240 tablets instead of 24. Even when I mentioned it they did not care, they did not check with my GP and gave me 9 boxes instead of 1. if anybody needs antihistaminic let me know :) Don't go there it can be dangerous!

   Store is a boots , the pharmacist is quite rude, was treated really like they doing me a favour giving me a flu jab, wont use them again
