The pharmacy assistants was very helpful, the prescription wasn't go through, they quicly advise us how they can find a prescription. Also, they help us even we arrived about 5 min to closing. Highly recommend this pharmacy. We use them for years.
Have always come to this pharmacy and service was always great apart from today, the girl working in the counter the one wearing a hijab had a bit of an attitude while she was handling my prescription. I am very unwell today that's why I'm in a bad mood and I just wanted to get my prescription and go home but this girl just proceeded to give me attitude. Would it kill you to have a bit of compassion to your patients? Is that how you treat unwell people? She gave me attitude and side eye while giving me my prescription and even acted irritated when she couldn't find my prescription, I even showed it on my phone and she shut me down so quickly. Don't work in healthcare if you don't have compassion or patience for your patients. So rude!!!!
Fantastic pharmacy, with knowledgeable and caring staff. Well stocked and willing to give the best advice, whenever I needed one. The pharmacist saved my elderly mum from serious health complications, examining her then urging her to see doctor immediately, he also gave us a list of all out-of-hours doctors. The staff at the pharmacy go the extra mile to help and they always do it with a smile.
Very unprofessional. My medication was sent electronically. The member of staff claims to have looked their records and said that the pharmacy didn't get my medication. I called the pharmacy only to confirm the fact that the medication was sent. Staff were rude and avoiding me mainly focusing on finishing their shift which was to happen in over half an hour. I. Very upset! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy.

This is the worst Pharmacy. I have medication I need to take daily and they know this. I put in my repeat prescription in one week early and now for the second time in a row they don't have my medication as they couldn't be bothered to contact my Dr. My advise is if you actually want your medicine do not go here. Also the Pharmacist there is extremely rude and could not care less about the fact they have made a mistake. I will be forwarding my complaint to the pharmacy regulation.
