Came here to find their lunch hours and see a ton a bad reviews so had to add my 2 cents. Whenever I have to wait now it's because they're being overly helpful (which is not a complaint) to a customer asking a ton of questions. To be honest, I used to hate going there but they have all new staff now. The "head pharmacist" (?) is very professional even when she probably has a right to be impatient with me lol.

By now Iβm very happy with service. I use it for almost a year now. I did not experience any delays and I am always notified by text when my prescriptions are ready.

If you have been to a boots before and disappointed by the sheer lack of customer service or lack of attention to customer query, multiply this by 100.

Avoid this store!!! Rude and incompetent staff!! Twice tried to fill prescriptions sent from doctors on both occasions that claim it hadn't been received despite being hours afterward (and should only take minutes to arrive). Returning to store to confirm when sent from doctors they conveniently claim it "just arrived". Baffling that staff is a pharmacy cannot use a prescription system correctly and their attitude stinks as they basically accuse the customer of being wrong!. Plus they are forcing people to make unnecessary extra trips by not communicating that they have changed opening hours and now close for a lunch break!! Visit a proper pharmacy instead of this place

This store is always closed. Ive never seen it open eventhough ive passed it on several occasions at different times of week and day. The one time i was in there was because they forgot to lock the doors and local pedestrians decided to raid the place and i can honestly say i didn't see anything worth stealing. Overpriced toiletries, health and beauty products with mediocre quality at best. I saw one guy pick up a charcoal toothpaste read the description in confusion, roll his eyes, shrug and then pocketing the toothpaste before scrunching up his face and mutter an "ah" while he through the thing back ont the shelf. Like i said not even worth stealing. After the raid was over the state they left the place in you would never have guessed a raid had just happened. Infact as I recall some people actually took advantage of the situation by putting things they had bought there previously back on the shelves. The only reason they're not bankrupt is due to their refund policy as they operate like scam coke dealers doing it for the quik cash and not the long game. Reminds me of north north Korea's fake fruit storefronts, purely for aesthetics. Except this is one ugly store front
