Booked an appointment online for a flu jab only to be told after I arrived that they didn’t have any in stock. A phone call wouldn’t have gone a miss and would have saved me lugging a full of cold baby out of the house for an hours round trip. They obviously have no respect for their costumers time and inconvenience. I won’t be using them ever again.
Pharmacy is outstanding. The pharmacy is nearly complete after a major renovation. Just had Covid and flu vaccine. The young lady was extremely professional, kind, friendly and she explained everything really well.
Excellent service from Rose at the Maple Leaf Pharmacy. It was so easy to book my private flu jab online and get it done with minimal fuss having booked a 5 minute slot. Walk-ins too which helped when I brought my husband. What a relief!
Miss Rose was extremely professional and fast in registering me for vaccination , helping me purchase dry cough syrup , she was really very fast in everything, never had such a fast response and process. Thank you for such an amazing, quick and helpful service. Rose was super fast in helping me , first time best experience really very quick she was . Rose had a great smile , very welcoming superb personality and nature .
Seriously what’s happened to this once fantastic pharmacy!? Never opened at times stated! Building work that’s going on recently is EXTREMELY disorganised. Closing early!? I for one needed an emergency prescription for a nasty infection & being pregnant this isn’t something that should be delayed in taking medication! I ended up calling 111 to see where else I could get my prescription (as sent electronically). What about people travelling home from work who need life saving medication for their selves or a family member? Nothing in the windows to state they’d be closing early, no communication on the website, no temporary time changes on Google. ABSOLUTELY shocking, SORT IT OUT!
2nd visit here and again found the staff and pharmacist really friendly and helpful. Will happily drive past other pharmacies in future to come to this one. Great service.

My daughter asked me to check with Maple leaf if they had a medication she was having trouble locating. I spoke to a older woman with glasses and an unpleasant attitude. My question was do you have this medication to which she replied Yes, but who is it for? I replied my daughter and child, the woman said they would have to come in themselves to be seen before she would give it to her. I explained my daughter doesn’t live in the area, but she shrugged her shoulders and said they need to come in themselves. I will add at this point that there was a witness to this conversation. My daughter had to drive over which took an hour. She spoke to the same woman who told her they didn’t have the medication and hadn’t said she should come over!! My daughter left very upset. I decided to go in later that day to speak to the woman myself. She completely denied having said that to me at all. I continued to ask her to at least have the decency to be honest and admit she was in the wrong, but she refused. Thankfully another lady member of staff, who had been present during the initial conversation came over to her and said, you did say that. The woman looked very annoyed and just kept saying I didn’t. At this point David the pharmacist came over with a bottle of the medication they didn’t have. He said it was from someone else’s prescription, but would sell it to me if i stopped arguing and didn’t say another word, if i did say anything else he wouldn’t sell it to me!! I offered to speak to him about the problem to which he replied “Right thats it, you’ve blown it, I’m not giving it to you, get out!! I decided to leave i was absolutely disgusted. My only thanks and huge respect goes to the lovely lady staff member who had the decency and guts to stand up for me.
Good pharmacy with friendly staff. It feels like a very traditional place, which it's nice to have in a town like Twickenham. It's also in a very convenient place from The Green Surgery, so good for prescriptions.
Everyone from the staff to the pharmacist were so incredibly kind and helpful to me when I went to have a prescription filled. There is also a really nice selection of skincare bath products. What a lovely family feel to this place.
