   We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas day here and it was an awesome time. The hotel was fab, from the welcome, the lounge bar which had a table football, shuffleboard and 2 arcade machines, The huddle restaurant with absolutely delicious food and the tasty cocktails served by an amazing mixologist! The location is great with a 40 minute walk into Richmond which is stunning, especially on the river in the sunshine. The staff were welcoming, helpful, thoughtful and went above and beyond! We will definitely return to this hotel! My partner stays in Radisson Reds for business and he has said that Twickenham is the best hotel by far Thank you to everyone at the Radisson Red in Twickenham for making our Christmas Magical

   My stay at the Radisson Red Hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, modern, and welcoming exactly what you hope for in a high quality hotel experience. What truly made the stay exceptional were Donna and Sabina. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always greeting me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made me feel truly valued as a guest. It’s rare to encounter staff who care so deeply about creating a memorable experience, and Donna and Sabina and the rest of the staff absolutely delivered. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel was energetic yet relaxing. Every interaction felt seamless, and the service was consistently outstanding. I would highly recommend Radisson Red to anyone looking for comfort, style, and top-tier service. Thanks especially to Donna and Sabina and the rest of the staff for making my stay unforgettable, I’ll definitely be returning without a doubt! Amazing breakfast with great variety and fresh, delicious food. A big thank you to Simran and the team for their friendly service and attention to detail they made every morning a pleasure. Highly recommended! The restaurant in the evening is also lovely great food

   Special thanks to Anish for such a wonderful experience. He is incredibly friendly, very accommodating, and kindly surprised me with an amazing room upgrade. The room itself is to die for spacious, comfortable, cozy, and honestly one of the best I’ve stayed in the area in quite some time. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is making the stay even more enjoyable. The lobby is very chic, and I absolutely loved the overall design of the hotel stylish, thoughtful, and well put together. For a four-star hotel, this place is truly impressive. In fact, it deserves an extra star considering the quality of the facilities available. I wish I had the chance to try the pool and gym, but I’m only staying one night for work and had a very hectic day. Otherwise, this is truly a heavenly place to stay. Thank you again, Anish and the entire team, for making my stay so memorable and pleasant.

   The Radisson RED London Twickenham delivered an outstanding hotel experience, perfectly combining contemporary style with genuine warmth. The hotel's design is vibrant and modern, creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step into the lobby. Our room was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and featured one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The dining areas and communal spaces are equally impressive, making the entire stay feel like a real treat. While the facilities are excellent, the true highlight of this hotel is the world-class staff. Every team member we encountered was professional and accommodating, but two individuals stood out for their exceptional service: Pooja and Sabina. Pooja, who assisted us at the front desk, is a phenomenal asset. She handled our check-in and subsequent requests with efficiency, a bright smile, and absolute professionalism. Her knowledge of the area and her eagerness to ensure our stay was perfect made a lasting positive impression. She truly sets the standard for guest relations. Similarly, the service provided by Sabina was faultless. Whether it was her attentiveness during the breakfast rush or her calm and friendly approach when answering our queries, Sabina went above and beyond to ensure we felt cared for. Her dedication to detail and guest satisfaction is remarkable.

   Room 407 – An Amazing Stay! Our stay in Room 407 was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay — friendly, attentive, and always with a smile.    5 stars for upgrading us to the top floor suite overlooking Twickenham stadium! Thank you. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Ellie was very attentive and looked after us. The room we had was spacious. Old but was expected. The view of the pitch is amazing, must be pretty fun during a game. Mattress = medium Pillows = fluffy Breakfast is yummy, no fresh egg dishes but maybe expected because of stadium hotel? Not sure and wasn’t a big problem, the sausages and bacon are good quality. Latte’s good also. For the gym you’ll have access to Virgin Active just next door. Pretty awesome partnership as not many hotels have this and we were given full access of the gym / club. Note, there’s a pool, climbing wall and a small sports shop. Overall great experience with unexpected surprises.

   A very pleasant stay. Staff very attentive. Rooms starting to look a bit tired, but still acceptable. We were very lucky to be able to see the stadium from the suites on the top floor. Will have to save up my pennies!

   Glorious room with the softest sheets I've ever experienced in my life. Shower was quite weak in pressure and some of the ceiling tiles outside my room were mouldy and had suffered water damage, but no big deal. Breakfast had lots of options, but very little if you were vegan. They ran out of vegan sausages, and all I could eat hot food-wise seemed to be hash browns and beans but hard to tell as nothing was labelled and staff weren't sure

   Room is huge in size and has everything you need. Carpet could so with some cleaning. I would like to see an option of different pillows though, these feather pillows are too soft and 2 of them smother me :) Reception and Bar staff amazing, room staff could do with some customer skills training and replacing coffee and milk would be great. All in all really lovely stay. Highly recommended
