   I love my new find of the Orange Tree Richmond. I have now stayed twice through December once, room only as a lone traveler and on a breakfast, dinner package as a couple. Without a doubt the Team are super helpful genuinely want to provide the best service possible. Rare in my view. In particular Cario and the breakfast manager really stood out. Food is delicious with a varied menu. The rooms are so well appointed and the beds are wonderfully comfortable a good night sleep is guaranteed. With it’s close proximity to Kew or central London ( 16mins on the fast train) it’s fabulous for a weekend or business trip. I can’t recommend The Orange Tree Richmond enough. I know I will be back many more times to come.

   Very belated review for wonderful stay. Two of us stated in room above pub 3 night in September 2025. Huge beautifully appointed room, king bed, perfect bathtub, corner with windows 2nd floor view onto fun business road (yet totally quiet), Richmond train station just up the street, many food choices both in the pub and on the main street. We had Sunday Roast day one, he pork me beef, lovely jus/gravy boat for each of us (delish!) Day two we both had Fabulous Fish and Chips - huge perfect piece if fish plus beautifully crispy chips. Great selection of beers and other drinks. Very homey pub busy with regulars, with plenty of room and friendliness for visitors like us. Great games on a giant screen plus smaller ones. Living room lounge type area between the pub and restaurant. The staff - super helpful on all fronts: welcoming, ordering, serving, helping with bags, handling billing esp. including a few discounts which came with the reservation. Everything professional, yet human, with a smile and humanity. In particular, the complete staff each had really pleasant genuine personalities and styles - which made us feel so at home. No cookie cutter uniforms or banter here - just "genuine-ness". We would absolutely stay here again, and again. We just really loved the people and the place. Thank you for a great time!

   Lovely room, comfy bed with a delicious continental breakfast included in the price which we weren’t expecting. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean with a great selection of teas/drinks and a well stocked mini bar and snacks. Would highly recommend

   This is a really superb pub. I enjoyed 2 visits here recently for food and also some drinks with a group of crawlers. The staff are super friendly, the decor is lovely with a relaxed vibe and the food is brilliant. Great location close to the train station, I can't wait to go back.

   The location is great! Good customer service. The TV didn't work and it was almost impossible to flush the toilet. Not a lot of attention to detail, but a beautiful room and location. Id stay there again. Dog friendly and a beautiful place. Excellent shower! The bar and restaurant was very good.

   Staff were great but food didn't come out at the same time, we were a dinner party and also one of the burgers had cheese on it but we specified no cheese. Room wise our friend who was staying at The Orange Tree loved his room but as I did not stay I couldn't give a rating on rooms

   Really busy and buzzy inside! Great for watching sport as they have big screens and nice heaters outside. Really convenient location and would definitely recommend it as a lovely place for a summer drink!

   Thank you for a wonderful Sunday afternoon! My friend and I booked a Sunday roast at the Orange Tree after spending the day hiking in Richmond Park. Max, the manager, took care of our every need. We were so well looked after and the roaring fire was the perfect end to a lovely day! Thank you!

   Beautifully decorated rooms, clean, no smoky smells. Well stocked room facilities. Staff are so friendly. Meal was delicious. Bonnie, my dog, was treated like royalty. Definitely 5*
