“Have worked with Corp Letting as a landlord, and have had a fantastic experience! They are transparent, integrous, professional, and do what they say they are going to do. Cannot recommend them enough.”
“The services were great. Especially, Charlie, one of the mananger in Knight Frank helped us a lot. His efficient communication, brilliant corporation and great administration played significant role to make a good deal and implement the exchange quickly. We do aprreciated his kind support.”
“The staff of this hotel is the best! You feel at home! A real warm customer care. The breakfast is delicious. And the hotel is small and beautiful. You feel welcome in the fabulous Richmond! Thanks and hope to see you again! Francesco”
“Phenomenal experience. Understated luxury. A lot of thought have gone into making the stay unforgettable. The location of the hotel, overlooking fields and the river Thames is truly beautiful.”
“Chase Lodge Hotel is a hidden gem, a wonderful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Central London. Lovely rooms, fantastic breakfast and great service from Denise, who is a very kind host.”
“Amazing location and great service. Definitely recommend specially for a long weekend.”
“This is the happiest I've ever been at a hotel. Stayed for 6 nights. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Pillows were fantastic (two size options - yay!). The staff is so friendly. Easy check-in and check out. You are close to your neighbors but I didn't hear anyone. The window opened all the way for fresh air. There was also the Eur slot vent with the option to open or close, and an A/C (though I didn't try the A/C). The TV included a handful of channels and the option to login with Netflix. The blackout curtains worked really well (helpful for jet lag). Hot water was hot, water pressure was great. Waterfall and hand held showerheads. The location is walkable to two different train stations. Even in the middle of the night people were walking the streets regularly. It felt very safe. Local pubs had friendly vibes. Hotel bar had travelers in it regularly working or sipping on cocktails. Room came with cotton rounds (yay!), Qtips, shower cap (yay!), hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner from a good brand. Iron was available on request. Laundry services are a one-day turnaround, drop off morning, get it back at night. Sink basin closes should you need to hand wash. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The tea was particularly yummy. The coffee was Nepresso with a variety of pods. The fridge included snacks and alcohol for cost, prices listed. The room also has a safe. The whole hotel was very clean. To set expectations, the room is smaller compared to maybe what someone in the US would be used to (it's London after all). Hangers and one small drawer for your clothes. No full length mirror and no where to place anything in the shower (ie your razor). The shower's a bit tight. No lifts (again it's London) but they are happy to help you with your bags. This place just had a great vibe and getting a good night's sleep is such a privilege when traveling. Highly Recommend.”
“A diamond in Richmond. It's an old house based hotel renieuwd. Loverly employees how makes everything possible and make you feel home. Good room, nice breakfast en lovely dinner in the restaurant as well as the cafeteria. Delicious lins soup. They still working on the hotel. They're making it nicer, if this is possible.”
“Great hotel, lovely clean room which felt homely and modern while having that lovely country pub vibe. Food area and bar was warm welcoming and cosy. Highly recommend and will definitely be saved for future visits. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't speak highly enough about the staff. Thanks”
“Please make sure this message gets to Charlotte in the Richmond Branch - Charlotte, you helped us choose Coin de Mire Attitude in Mauritius and it was an amazing holiday - thank you so much for everything! We have left a review of the resort on Trip Advisor and Google so you can see our comments. I am a big fan of Trailfinders, thank you all so much. Best wishes.”
“Highly recommended due to the warm, welcoming and professional team in charge. Had lunch ahead of the rugby at Twickenham and we were well looked after. Great food too!”
“Beautiful hotel in a great location, but this message is to thank GIRISH for going over and above with satisfying my special request for a fire to be laid downstairs. Even though Oct.8 was a little early for that, he got some assistance and made it happen! Two Texas ladies were very grateful for his kindness at the very beginning of our 3 week road trip around Ireland. We're home now and still singing this hotel staff’s praises! Well done!”
“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”
“Lovely room, comfy bed with a delicious continental breakfast included in the price which we weren’t expecting. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean with a great selection of teas/drinks and a well stocked mini bar and snacks. Would highly recommend”
“First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn’t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits. In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus. Only negative is that the toilets don’t flush very well.”
“We have been staying at this hotel at each visit in London since 2002 and every time I felt like I was coming home. Great staff and breakfast never let me down. I love the spacious gym and lots of machines to do your workout with. Rooms are great and modern. I truly recommend it.”
“Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.”
“Fantastic hotel in a quaint part of London. Was surprised to see that there we many restaurants around and a large variety of shops. Also, Andreina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic in helping us ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She was very accommodating and understanding of our travel requirements. Would highly recommend this hotel.”
“A very pleasant and cosy stay just below Richmond Hill. The place is quaint and has lots of atmosphere. For an older property, the room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. The pub/restaurant downstairs was charming and though I didn't get a chance to eat there, the menu looked delicious. Staff were friendly, and I enjoyed my brief stay and would happily stay again. Note that it's a short walk into town/shops/restaurants, and the walk up to Richmond Hill itself is short but fairly steep if you have any mobility issues. Thanks for the pleasant stay and I hope to visit again.”
“Stayed here for several days on a trip to London. All the staff we encountered were pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very fresh, clean and had a good amount of space. We had twin beds, a small table and chair set, an opening window, TV, small area to hang and store clothes, plus the bathroom. There was also air conditioning in the room, and it wasn't the most powerful but a welcomed addition. We had the breakfast, cooked breakfast and cold items like cereal and fruit were there. Not a massive selection, but enough to keep you going for the day going forward. Hotel felt safe as well. The hotel has great access to bus stops, virtually outside the door which can help you get around the area or down to the train/tube station. Although the walk to Richmond town is not far if you are able to do the walk.”
“Had a lovely stay. The room was great, such a comfy bed and air conditioning was great. The spa was amazing especially loved the garden really unique and made our stay memorable. Food was great also even though we ordered super late!! Whole place smells amazing as well. Friendly staff also.”
“Charlie was so helpful and informative on the viewing, an all round great service! Would definitely recommend!”
“Great place to have breakfast- I stayed at the hotel with my wife and we had a great time at breakfast with Maya and her team of waitresses!”
“The hotel offered excellent service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and transport. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended.”
“Two night stay, great location, 2 min walking distance to a lot of great eateries on Richmond High Street, and to the tube station. Only downside is parking, there’s a very expensive multi storey next door, and a slightly better NCP multi storey behind the tube station. Rooms clean and staff polite, would happily come again”
“When I arrived outside I was thinking the worst. But my room was excellent. Man at reception was a jolly character and good laugh. He let me leave my bags as I was too early to check in. Will stay here again”
“We couldn't be happier with the service at Wild Bush today. From the moment we walked in, the team made Bella my dog feel completely at ease — no small feat, as she’s usually nervous about grooming. Big shout out for Kiera the groomer who took the time to listen to what I wanted, checked her coat carefully, and explained exactly what they’d be doing. Bella came out looking absolutely beautiful, smelling amazing and happy and relaxed. The salon/coffee shop itself is spotless, well-organised, and welcoming. I was very kindly offered a cup of coffee whilst waiting to collect Bella We will definitely be back for more Bella pampering and coffee for me.”
“We had an absolutely outstanding experience with James Anderson in East Sheen when buying our new home. From the very first viewing to completion, Jake made the entire process quick, smooth, and stress-free. Jake was incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the local market — which gave us great confidence every step of the way. They moved things along swiftly without ever making us feel rushed. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed almost immediately, and Jake went above and beyond to ensure the purchase progressed without a hitch.”
“I contacted Christian having been recommended his service, and it was such a relief to hand over all our conflicting holiday requirements and questions to him. He is experienced and absolutely dedicated. Communication is fast and he's the ultimate professional, whilst also being able to use his own experience of travelling with a family to really help find the right holiday. Thank you Christian.”
