   Claire and Christian are THE people to go to for family friendly travel and the knowledge that you will have everything sorted when you arrive. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness make it a really lovely experience. Definitely recommend.    We used Thames Travel for the second time to plan and book a summer holiday this year. They listened closely to our brief and came back with a carefully curated series of options. We had a fabulous fortnight in Kefalonia at a price we wouldn’t have been able to get directly. We had a twin centre holiday with transfers and car hire all arranged via Thames Travel. Cannot recommend them highly enough, hope to book another special trip again before too long.

   If you're looking for an excellent travel company then Thames Travel is it. Even though it seems easy these days to sort your travel plans on-line with the plethora of competing apps, you don't always get what you think you've booked. There is no substitute for expertise and deep knowledge of the travel market, destinations and individual resorts, especially when you've never been somewhere before. We booked a much needed family break at half-term with Thames. It needed to be just right and it was - they nailed it! We highly recommend Christian and Claire who run this long standing family company.

   We had a fantastic stay on the Isles of Scilly arranged by the team at Thames Travel. The accommodation was ideal and everything went to plan. It was a tricky 'ask' to find my mother and I accommodation and travel arrangements rather late in the day and they came up trumps!! We can both highly recommend Thames Travel for personal service.

   Nick and Christian helped me book a family summer holiday to Greece. They are both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and invested in providing their clients with excellent customer support and satisfaction ensuring the perfect trip away. We stayed at The Potidea Palace in Halkidiki for 10 days all inclusive. It is beautifully situated on the sandy beach but also has a large swimming pool. Food and drinks were good. This is not a place for older teenagers but 0-13 is fine. I would recommend for a family holiday but it is not near any towns and you need to travel by taxi to visit areas of local interest.

Christian found us an amazing hotel in a beautiful part of Crete, super convenient flights and secured us a room upgrade into the bargain. We are converts and will certainly be using Thames Travel again the future.

   Thames Travel are fabulous and we really can't recommend them highly enough! We've used them to book our family holidays for a number of years now and Christian and Claire have always been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They've also been so patient and understanding over recent years as we booked and then had to cancel or reschedule our holidays because of Covid. They offer a truly bespoke service and it's so nice to deal with a genuine family firm rather than an impersonal travel company. We look forward to booking many more holidays with Thames Travel in the future.
