Loved our stay here, staff at front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast buffet was delicious and with many options. Stayed during the holidays, the place was very nicely decorated.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. On the night of check-in, there was a loud company event with karaoke. Guests were not informed in advance about the noise or how long it would last, which forced me to contact the front desk late at night and change rooms. The night duty manager was extremely unprofessional and appeared to have little understanding of the hotel’s own room types. Despite clear differences in room quality and amenities, he refused to acknowledge that the room change was a downgrade. The situation was only handled the next day by the day manager, who acknowledged the issue and made specific promises of compensation in person. However, these promises were not fully honored afterward, which was deeply disappointing. This experience reflected poor communication, lack of internal consistency, and unreliable management. I expected much better professionalism and follow-through. Super noisy. Events in the ballroom. Super loud until 2am. Cannot fall asleep. I paid extra money and expected better experience. And it turned out that the karaoke was so loud and the floor was vibrating with the ballroom. Because the private hire, we need to give away our table at bar too. Just close your bookings when there is a private hire.

An amazing hotel situated just outside Richmond Park that was perfect for our stay for our wedding happening in the park. We stayed in the suite for the 2 nights which I can not fault and is a beautiful room. Nishi on reception is an exceptional member of the team who looked after us all weekend and kindly left us a hand written card to congratulate us on our wedding. We also hired one of their meeting rooms that we used to meet our wedding party, who weren't staying, on the morning of the wedding and the hotel staff were helpful if providing the best room to suit us and anything we needed, such as mirrors.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, but this message is to thank GIRISH for going over and above with satisfying my special request for a fire to be laid downstairs. Even though Oct.8 was a little early for that, he got some assistance and made it happen! Two Texas ladies were very grateful for his kindness at the very beginning of our 3 week road trip around Ireland. We're home now and still singing this hotel staff’s praises! Well done!

After attending the Press Launch for the “wicked afternoon tea” I am overwhelmed with the elite service I received . Starting from the warmest welcome from the host, James upon arrival. Following with the exceptional Nigerian waitress Tommy that ensured we were not only kept reassured at all times but had a great sense of humour . The manager Mario came to verify dietary requirements and followed on with some knowledgable statistics of the collaboration and the elements within. Knowing the history behind the hotel ethos and the interior design was very insightful. The afternoon tea was a pleasant outcome. The variation , the artistry and the precision was evident. The chef and the team have proven themselves so a significant level. Chef Lukasz came out to not only greet but share some personal tips . It was an honour to meet him as the ambassador of the culinary at the hotel. The ambience was calm and inviting. The alternative menu showed a variety of options and even went as far as having tea from Rwanda and Tea from the Himalayan . This shows inclusivity , diversity and culture . I shall certainly recommend to friends and family. Warmest Rossana Silva Richmond and Barnes magazine .

The hotel was in a convenient location and the whole staff was so friendly. From the moment I arrived, Dana and Lura from reception were very helpful with my bags and in giving me directions to the room. The hotel can feel like walking in a maze sometimes!! Jasmine from the restaurant (I hope I got her name right) was a delight and the breakfast was tasty, just what me and my partner needed for a long day in London full of activities planned. I would stay again for sure!! Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Very nice hotel, not too far from Kew Gardens and Richmond town centre. Up on the hill with some great views this place. Key highlights for me, we wanted to park for two nights as we were staying for a wedding and they only charged for one and gave the second day as complimentary. Also my partner forgot her mascara and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in letting her borrow hers! Not a service they normally offer I’m sure, but great of her to provide this. Beyond this, the beds were comfy, very cleanly and it was not noisy at all.

Excellent hotel located in a beautiful hilltop setting very close to Richmond Park. I attended a wedding held in the ballroom and the room was very well designed, with great space for 100 guests, separate bar and very attentive staff. Parking was tricky as the car park and overflow filled up very quickly. Ended up having to park on the road outside. Other than that, experience was very good and would highly recommend.

A lovely hotel located in a beautiful area of London. The rooms were fantastic with a very innovative design however, I was not a fan of the smoked glass for the toilet and the bed as it was not firm enough for me. The shower also leaked and also a few fittings were broken. I attempted to go for breakfast in the morning but did not stay for long as I felt out of place as I felt I was being stared at for not dressing to the nines like most there. The breakfast did look good with lots of options and was in a very beautiful dining room! Lots of a positives with a few negatives and overall a good experience.

Stayed at this gorgeous Georgian hotel a couple weeks back for my Auntie's birthday, she lives in Kingston and was hoping to find somewhere nearby to stay. I am glad she picked this place. The hotel is stunning in a beautiful location near the riverside. Not too far from Richmond town itself. My room was exceptionally clean, the restaurant was too, and every meal I had here was beyond expectations. The polite staff are always around when you need them. One of the best trips I have ever had, I can't wait to stay again.
