   We had a group of 10 in early-mid December. The rooms were great (just a little small, but that's a function of the older building). The staff was 100% on top of everything! Loved them all. Especially the front desk gentleman who took care of our group despite us throwing a few early arrival surprises on him. The team worked to ensure we were comfortable at every moment. I'm in Richmond every year and this was my first time at this property. It will be my new go to from now on! Loved it!

   My parents and Grandmother stayed at the Selwyn over the weekend and had a lovely stay. The hotel itself is in prime location and is spotless. My sister and I joined them for breakfast which was incredibly attentive and very tasty. My husband and I live locally so will definitely be returning for their breakfast at the weekends.

   A nice hotel in a good location in Richmond, London. Rooms are really quite small but comfortable; cleanliness is good apart from some quite dusty surfaces. Staff is friendly for the most part, the hotel has a comfortable feel to it. Would return, but maybe not for full price.

   A wonderful little hotel very close to the centre of Richmond. I stayed 3 nights for work and will definitely choose to stay there again next time I'm down. The staff were very welcoming and the room while small was perfectly formed with everything you need. Very happy to have stayed there.

   Beautiful hotel, with a great location very close to the Richmond train station, and walking distance from shops, restaurants and pubs. Room was very comfortable, with a beautiful modern design, and very clean. The heated bathroom floor was a treat! Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast is really good, very elegantly served, with a healthy, nutritious selection. The staff serving breakfast was very courteous and helpful, and made the whole experience really luxurious. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, highly recommend it.

   Absolutely wonderful stay in Richmond! The location was perfectly situated in walking distance of our favorite pubs. Parking was very convenient. I was traveling with my family and the family room was roomy and well equipped. We had breakfast on the property and it was delicious. Our service was excellent, Emma made the breakfast special. Management should consider recognition for her. People like that make the difference between good stays and great stays.

   Great Rooms and location. Service was fab. Only issue was the hot water did not get to the room in the morning, may be a mixture of the very cold weather and a new hotel. Water was slowly getting warm, but I was in a rush.
