“I can’t praise the team at Pet People highly enough. They cared for Bobby my diabetic border terrier for the last years of his life. I am absolutely sure that the wonderful care they gave him ensured that he never suffered and continued to enjoy life right up until the end. Every vet and all the support staff at the practice treated him - and me - with the same care and compassion and when he did eventually die at a great age, they looked after us both with such kindness. I’m happy to say we have a new puppy now. He had his first appointment this week. I can’t think of a better, kinder and more professional group of people to help me look after him.”

“A brilliant vets. Flexible, dedicated and caring. We lost our dog just before Christmas and the care up to the very end was personal, sensitive and committed. Through the happy years of check ups and good health they were excellent and attentive, then at the hardest point of pet ownership they went up another gear in looking after our dog (and us). One of my dogs has a long-term health condition, and I trust Chris and the other vets 100% with his care. We previously had a bad experience with another vet who seemed more focused on money than our dog’s health. That made us realise how important it is to find a vet who truly cares – and Chris and the team at Richmond are exactly that. They’re not in it for the money; they’re in it for the animals. The receptionists are also always so helpful and friendly – they really complete the experience and make every visit that much easier. I’m so grateful we found them.”

“Richmond Rascals are by far the best doggy daycare establishment I’ve encountered. Firstly, they’re very friendly, and the shop itself is homely and nicely decorated. Secondly, they definitely take care of the dogs entrusted to them very well. I had a dog that was terminally ill, and the days he spent here were amongst the happiest in his life. At times it seemed he would be more excited to go here than go home! I would absolutely recommend Richmond Raacals to anyone.”

“This really is the best Pet Shop I've ever been in! The staff are fantastic; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and advice is always available. They have so many different products; you can't fault the choice or the pricing. If you live locally; then do pop in; you'll be sure of a warm welcome. Our dog loves it!”

“Stayed here for several days on a trip to London. All the staff we encountered were pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very fresh, clean and had a good amount of space. We had twin beds, a small table and chair set, an opening window, TV, small area to hang and store clothes, plus the bathroom. There was also air conditioning in the room, and it wasn't the most powerful but a welcomed addition. We had the breakfast, cooked breakfast and cold items like cereal and fruit were there. Not a massive selection, but enough to keep you going for the day going forward. Hotel felt safe as well. The hotel has great access to bus stops, virtually outside the door which can help you get around the area or down to the train/tube station. Although the walk to Richmond town is not far if you are able to do the walk.”

“Had a lovely stay. The room was great, such a comfy bed and air conditioning was great. The spa was amazing especially loved the garden really unique and made our stay memorable. Food was great also even though we ordered super late!! Whole place smells amazing as well. Friendly staff also.”

“Two night stay, great location, 2 min walking distance to a lot of great eateries on Richmond High Street, and to the tube station. Only downside is parking, there’s a very expensive multi storey next door, and a slightly better NCP multi storey behind the tube station. Rooms clean and staff polite, would happily come again”

“We couldn't be happier with the service at Wild Bush today. From the moment we walked in, the team made Bella my dog feel completely at ease — no small feat, as she’s usually nervous about grooming. Big shout out for Kiera the groomer who took the time to listen to what I wanted, checked her coat carefully, and explained exactly what they’d be doing. Bella came out looking absolutely beautiful, smelling amazing and happy and relaxed. The salon/coffee shop itself is spotless, well-organised, and welcoming. I was very kindly offered a cup of coffee whilst waiting to collect Bella We will definitely be back for more Bella pampering and coffee for me.”

“Vet visit can be very stressful for both furry families and yourself, but since our first visit, that part of concern was unnecessary. We've been seen by Giulia twice who our cat has fell in love with. She was very thorough explaining the condition and also easily understandable approach of cure of the problem.”

Every time Pickle comes back looking (and smelling) amazing - and you know the team really care about the dogs they are looking after! They especially understand different breed styles - which as a Cavapoo owner is the different between a teddy cut or coming out looking like a skinny poodle!! Book well in advance as they are very booked up!!!”

“We absolutely love Mucky Pups for our puppy's food and treats. They stock a great selection of high quality raw and natural treats (plus a good selection of other types of food too) and the lady who owns it is not only lovely but super knowledable about dog food and really helpful. We drive from Chelsea just to get our food from here even though we could buy it closer to home as we love this business so much. There is a groomers in the back also and the dogs always seem so happy and look fabulous after their grooms!”

“It was a stupidly hot late June day and as we were traveling back from Hampton Court Palace, we met a local whose parents also happened to be staying at the same hotel (The Selwyn) as us. We were on the last leg of four straight weeks of international travel and safari…we were EXHAUSTED and wanted a good simple dinner super close to the hotel and The Red Cow was recommended to us. The bartender was awesome, but made my day when he noticed how hot and tired we looked and brought me a pint glass filled to the brim with ice, to go with my fruity cider I was trying. Divine! Small gesture, big impact. Enjoyed a delicious dinner, football match on the tv, and we’d stay here instead of The Selwyn next visit. Also, don’t recall the name of this drink he recommended, but it was perfect at the end of a long, hot day. Thank you!”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come.
