Every vet and all the support staff at the practice treated him - and me - with the same care and compassion and when he did eventually die at a great age, they looked after us both with such kindness. “A brilliant vets. Flexible, dedicated and caring. We lost our dog just before Christmas and the care up to the very end was personal, sensitive and committed. Through the happy years of check ups and good health they were excellent and attentive, then at the hardest point of pet ownership they went up another gear in looking after our dog (and us). “Richmond Rascals are by far the best doggy daycare establishment I’ve encountered. Firstly, they’re very friendly, and the shop itself is homely and nicely decorated. Secondly, they definitely take care of the dogs entrusted to them very well. I had a dog that was terminally ill, and the days he spent here were amongst the happiest in his life. At times it seemed he would be more excited to go here than go home! I would absolutely recommend Richmond Raacals to anyone.”

“Had a lovely stay. The room was great, such a comfy bed and air conditioning was great. The spa was amazing especially loved the garden really unique and made our stay memorable. Food was great also even though we ordered super late!! Whole place smells amazing as well. Friendly staff also.”

“Stayed here for several days on a trip to London. All the staff we encountered were pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very fresh, clean and had a good amount of space. We had twin beds, a small table and chair set, an opening window, TV, small area to hang and store clothes, plus the bathroom. There was also air conditioning in the room, and it wasn't the most powerful but a welcomed addition. We had the breakfast, cooked breakfast and cold items like cereal and fruit were there. Not a massive selection, but enough to keep you going for the day going forward. Hotel felt safe as well. The hotel has great access to bus stops, virtually outside the door which can help you get around the area or down to the train/tube station. Although the walk to Richmond town is not far if you are able to do the walk.”

“Two night stay, great location, 2 min walking distance to a lot of great eateries on Richmond High Street, and to the tube station. Only downside is parking, there’s a very expensive multi storey next door, and a slightly better NCP multi storey behind the tube station. Rooms clean and staff polite, would happily come again”

“Would totally recommend Kew Dogs. Sadie (silly puppy) and Iggy (sensible older dog) go together and are very well looked after. Very useful for an energetic and social puppy. Wing is super understanding about our ever chaotic schedule and it is a life saver when juggling work commitments. And Jeremy clearly loves them and treats them with great care. Great service. And lovely photos every day.”

“I can't speak highly enough of Tony. He has always found the time to squeeze me in whenever I've had needed an emergency appointment - and when he arrives never makes me feel like he's rushing. You can tell how much he cares about the animals that he treats and it's been so much better for myself and my cat that we get to see the same friendly face each time. So much better than having to go to some faceless vet practise. I would recommend Tony to anyone who wants the best for their pet.”

“We couldn't be happier with the service at Wild Bush today. From the moment we walked in, the team made Bella my dog feel completely at ease — no small feat, as she’s usually nervous about grooming. Big shout out for Kiera the groomer who took the time to listen to what I wanted, checked her coat carefully, and explained exactly what they’d be doing. Bella came out looking absolutely beautiful, smelling amazing and happy and relaxed. The salon/coffee shop itself is spotless, well-organised, and welcoming. I was very kindly offered a cup of coffee whilst waiting to collect Bella We will definitely be back for more Bella pampering and coffee for me.”

“Spencer is truly amazing with dogs, including the most nervous ones. He worked a miracle on my recently rescued, and extremely anxious, German Shepherd. Once in his care, she was unfazed by the bath and even the dryer. She is far happier and has more energy as a result of the grooming removing probably years of dead fur.”
