The Richmond Hill vet was amazing, they were really kind and they explained the whole process that was going to happen and and aftermath of the procedure. I'm very pleased with the kindness and helpfull information they provided. Definitely recommend this vet.
The most friendly staff. You can easily see they love animals and didnt say a word against a cat that had scratched them. Still loved and petted her to try calm her down. Would highly recommend
Excellent service. I was referred to this vet as my regular vet was unable to help me at short notice. I was moving house with my cat and wanted to be able to give her anxiety meds for the long car journey. Clyde was able to organise this at v short notice and was v generous with advice. I then called for advice a couple of days after the move as my cat was struggling to settle and again he was very helpful even though I’m not even registered with them. I was impressed, it shows they very much care about our pets. Now my cat is much better. Thank you Clyde!
Jeana the vet could not have been more kind and caring. She put my anxious dog at ease, and examined and medicated him with a gentle confidence and expertise. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. What a lovely place.
They were absolutely brilliant today. Very warm and welcoming. They were brilliant with me when my anxiety got the better of them. Scott was brilliant with my 2 and half year old dog Jasper. Dr Scott is a really impressive vet.
Lida, Anna and the rest of the team were excellent treating my cat. They communicated really well, and were very flexible and thoughtful meeting his needs. Would strongly recommend.
Frustrating chain of mistakes with no commitment to improve for the well-being of patients who can’t speak for themselves. Behind the face of the brand is a lack of key process & communication. I implore you to avoid for the good of your pets.
Went to vet on Richmond Hill as my dog had eye infection. I was given antibiotic steroid eye drops when I paid I was charged £210.05 I questioned it as I thought it was expensive was told that was the price. The next day I called and spoke with a nice lady who quieried the price with her office manager. I've been given a refund of £131.06. Please if you're in any doubt please question the price.
Scott and his team are hero's. I can not begin to thank them enough for their quick eyes and quick actions today. We are all, So grateful for their professional knowledge, their excellent vetinary skills and extreme caring attitude. They saved our girl from certain death. Im a walker and lots of my clients also use Scott and team as their preferred choice for their pups.m. They would all say the same. Brilliant vets all round.
