   DO NOT, sign up for the subscription pet food, because when you call to change the date, they make it REALLY hard to access customer service, and when you finally think you’ve sorted it out, your 15kg bag will just turn up anyway. Thank you PetsAtHome, now I have 30 minutes wasted on your stupid website, a ton of pet food I can’t store and I’m really annoyed No it wasn’t already in transit, I called a week ago

   Worst grooming experience I’ve ever had at Pets At Home Putney. After waiting over two weeks for an appointment, because they’d already messed up my booking twice, today’s visit was a complete disaster. I arrived for my 10 AM session with my two small dogs. Everything seemed fine, and the groomers took them in. Twenty minutes later, the two women working there suddenly started claiming they ‘couldn’t groom them’ because their fur was too matted. Absolute nonsense. I was standing outside the glass window (which exists specifically so customers can watch their pets being groomed), and it was obvious they were more annoyed by me and my partner watching than by anything to do with the dogs’ coats. Last time my dogs were groomed here, with a different team, their fur was even more matted and there were ZERO issues. What happened today was pure unprofessionalism and, frankly, disrespect. Instead of grooming them properly, these two staff members actually started shaving random patches to the skin, leaving the dogs with uneven bald spots while ignoring other areas completely. It looked intentional and careless. To make it worse, the attitude from these women was dismissive and rude, as if we were the problem for simply observing through a window that is literally there for customers. We left the shop humiliated, with our dogs looking butchered and my family in tears. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, harsh, and frankly spiteful behaviour at a grooming salon. Pets At Home Putney seriously needs to retrain or replace this team before more customers go through the same.

   Absolutely LOVELY staff. We come here regularly, even when we don't need to buy anything for our pets - my kids love looking at the animals. Always made to feel welcome and always pleasantly surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are.

   I am a local to Pets at home in Putney, I have a rescued dog since he was a puppy, I have been going to spend my time and money to pets at home ever since. My dog absolutely hates having his nails clip, but we discovered Courtney when she was still a trainee, she was absolutely amazing a dealing with my dog, time passed and she became kind of a senior, she now can’t be bother to clip my dog’s nails and is sad because he became attached to her, today we went again because last month Courtney refused to see him, I made an appointment however I must admit I got confused and it was meant to be next week, still the way she turned us down was so horrible, she was even rude to her own colleagues during the ordeal. I am so disappointed that this once lovely young girl became suddenly so sassy just because she passed her training and seems to be in charge now of the groomer service… makes me think she was just pretending to be nice when we first met her but now she is showing her true colours. I am now looking for another groomer as I won’t go back there to see Courtney.

   I love Pets at Home but today when I had a question I had to ask to the girl in the cashier because the other worker near the shelves was a bit to busy chatting about his life to a friend. Apart from that the store is good. I am sure they could have more fishtanks to sell and more premium dog food and not just high marketing ones

   Usually I have a great experience, although 2 staff members today seemed indifferent, one actually hindered my browsing by standing in the way of the items I wanted to purchase and offered no assistance (too busy chatting) and the other pushed past me without even an "excuse me, may I pass". However this frustration was more than made up by the young lady who served the counter. She helped me restore my VIP card and reminded me about my vouchers excellent customer service. Thank you.

   I've had many hamster in my life time and never had one as sick as the one I got from here.. Got this little guy about 6 months ago he always had skin problems then an abscess now a tumour and may have to be out down.. The vet thinks he is a bad breeding job possibly inbred. Short lady who works there is nice and friendly but the quality of products are very bad, for example the carry case for small pets is very dangerous, their fingers can easily get caught in the sharp plastic and the box can come open white your holding the handle and your pet could fall out! We need better pet stores or just ban them all together..

   Very large pet store with a large selection of supplies, toys, treats and food. Our pup had a great time browsing the aisles and even though we'd only gone in for poo bags!
