   This is an incredible pet shop. There are a few parrots living free inside. Ones I entered the shop and a voice welcomed me: "Hello!". I looked up and it was a parrot saying it from the top shelf. There is a few of them and they are happy and friendly. They are free to walk around the shop, so they chose the highest spots like top shelfs ore screens at the till. The shop has all sort of food for cats, dogs, birds (even wild water birds!), fish, and all sort of small creatures living in our houses. They have mats hats for cats and dogs, scratching poles. There is a seperate room with fish tanks (fish, snails, turtles). The owner is super helpful and has massive heart for all animals. He helped me with a cat in need donating some staff. And there is also whole room with the birds, where the parrots have their home.

   I think i'm not having luck with the staff at this shop. I went few times and to contrary to other reviews my experiences were always flat. I've a senior rescue dog and wanted advice on food but instead of an answer i was imply pointed to a shelf. Another time, i stood at the till whilst 2 staff were chatting with another customer. I have been waiting to pay (had items in my hands and stood in front of till) for over 5 min whilst one of the staff kept glancing at me and ignoring. They also have limited selection of wet dog food. Some brands have just one flavour and that's it. Shame because it's my local pet store. I only go there in emergency if i run out of food.

   Amazing selection of dog food and treats, especially of raw food, not something you see everywhere. They have everything for all types of pets - cats, dogs, fish, parrots, rabbits, hamsters - you need it, they have it! The store is always clean and well organised. The staff is very helpful there, my go to pet store.

   We love Dr Doolittles! The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond every time. They have so many delicious doggy treats and are so welcoming of my big girl (Audrey, GSD) that Audrey insists we go in every time we go past (every day!). Plenty of room to navigate the big buggy as well. Highly recommend.

   The man in here is awful, he has no people skills, how he talks to you is disgusting. Sir you work in a pet shop your are suppose to be warm and friendly like your colleague. She is a Saint so sweet and kind

   Our local pet shop at the end of our road. Stefan and Paula are so friendly and kind every time we go in and treat our dog Minnie like she’s their own. Always feel welcome and a great selection of toys and treats for our pup. Not to mention a conveniently located groomer downstairs! Highly recommend! ☺️
