Cannot fault the service of the spa or hotel staff, nice rooms and lovely spa area. However the staff at The Gate restaurant were absolutely abysmal - the restaurant wasn't even very busy and we had to continually request assistance and every single table was piled high with plates, leftover food etc for the entire duration of our visit. They did not clean our table at any point and the food was average. Same again for breakfast, it took 20 minutes for them to bring a cup of tea and every table was absolutely covered in food and plates, noone cleared a thing for the entire breakfast sitting. Shame as it really brought down our overall spa experience.

I was absolutely delighted with my recent stay at the hotel! The room was just gorgeous, the service was great too, really friendly staff, always happy to help. I really enjoyed breakfasts, good choice of cooked breakfast options. The dinner was very nice too. The location is superb for those who want to enjoy the park, just 2 minutes walk. The tube and the Railway stations are within walking distance. The SPA was a special treat!

I had an exceptional stay at Harbour Hotel Richmond. The hotel was spotless and my room was spacious with all the amenities I needed. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service from the restaurant manager, Virenti. He welcomed me warmly and genuinely elevated my experience with his impeccable hospitality. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall it was a truly fabulous stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at the Richmond Harbour Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. We went specifically for a couples retreat and to make use of the spa facilities, and the spa certainly did not disappoint — the treatments we had were fantastic. I’d highly recommend it. The majority of the facilities were great, but there were three small things that left us a bit disappointed: 1. Parking: I expected parking to be limited in a London location, but Harbour Hotels now use a third-party model where parking is paid for. Personally, I don’t think this is acceptable when you’re already paying for a stay and a room. Parking for our one-night stay cost just under £40. 2. Showers: The bathroom layout and water pressure mean the showers tend to flood the floor. It’s not a huge problem, but it does make things a bit messy and tricky to manage during use. 3. Mini-bar: The mini-bar wasn’t as well stocked as other Harbour Hotels I’ve stayed at. This points to a wider issue around how Harbour Hotels standardise the guest experience while still leaving room for individuality. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful stay. The spa and overall atmosphere made it a perfect couples retreat, and I’d happily return.

Had a lovely stay. The room was great, such a comfy bed and air conditioning was great. The spa was amazing especially loved the garden really unique and made our stay memorable. Food was great also even though we ordered super late!! Whole place smells amazing as well. Friendly staff also.

Stayed here for 1 night. The room was lovely- comfortable, bed was amazing. The spa is small but was not overly packed which I prefer. The relaxation room was lovely! There are quite a few stairs, not steep and there is a lift but still need to use stairs. I note this more as I have mobility difficulties at times- it’s not a criticism but I am sharing for others to consider. Ate in the restaurant - the gentleman who I presume is the manager is lovely. They provided me with a dairy alternative milk or the room. Food was lovely for dinner and breakfast. Unsure if some of the waiters are new but was incorrectly told that the ice cream was vegan and not the sorbet, even though the menu says different, plus generally I find sorbet is vegan. There was another item that the waiter said was vegan but it was not. This isn’t an allergy for me but a preference, but the waiter knowing the menu would be useful and if not sure, better to check. Car parking is limited but we got parked. I plan to return!

Lovely staff in the reception, restaurant and Spa... So welcoming! The room was great -the bed was very comfortable. The spa was so relaxing. Only fault was the outdoor jacuzzi could have been warmer. We had dinner in the restaurant and everything we ate was absolutely delicious. Would definitely visit again for all of the above plus the great location!

My father and I went to the harbour hotel for Christmas day dinner and stayed the night. The food was incredible. Wonderfully presented and tasted amazing. Highly recommend the pancetta wrapped turkey. The staff were lovely, both in the restaurant and at reception and despite a small issue issue with the room, the manner in which it was handled was greatly appreciated. The rooms were lovely, the beds were large and very comfy. Would recommend 10/10

We paid 231 for a superior double room with breakfast. The room was nice, a little smaller than I expected. The bathroom was really nice. The bed was surpsingly high but very comfortable. I slept well. The room came with complimentary Sherry and Gin. They also provided sparkling water BUT no still water. I only found this out in the morning when I poured myself a glass of water only to find it was Gin! The air conditioning also stopped working over night. Whilst the stay was not perfect I think I could have asked for still water had I known and asked them to fix the air conditioning had I chosen to. I really enjoyed the spa facilities. It was my first time smiling a spa so probably not the best reference. Make sure to take the bathrobes in the room when you go to the spa. And make sure you book any treatment well in advance of your stay.
