“We absolutely love Mucky Pups for our puppy's food and treats. They stock a great selection of high quality raw and natural treats (plus a good selection of other types of food too) and the lady who owns it is not only lovely but super knowledable about dog food and really helpful. We drive from Chelsea just to get our food from here even though we could buy it closer to home as we love this business so much. There is a groomers in the back also and the dogs always seem so happy and look fabulous after their grooms!”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “We were helped with our end of life care for our cat. The staff were so kind, so compassionate and were so patient with us at this difficult time. We took our new kitten for his first vaccination the vet was so good with him and ensured we were familiar with what was happening. Would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic”

“Staff in this place are cool...its a good atmosphere and become our unofficial hang out after sessions at BARCH Richmond for a lot of the gum members. Nice coffee and food and they remember what your order is when you walk in. Enjoy!”

“It was a stupidly hot late June day and as we were traveling back from Hampton Court Palace, we met a local whose parents also happened to be staying at the same hotel (The Selwyn) as us. We were on the last leg of four straight weeks of international travel and safari…we were EXHAUSTED and wanted a good simple dinner super close to the hotel and The Red Cow was recommended to us. The bartender was awesome, but made my day when he noticed how hot and tired we looked and brought me a pint glass filled to the brim with ice, to go with my fruity cider I was trying. Divine! Small gesture, big impact. Enjoyed a delicious dinner, football match on the tv, and we’d stay here instead of The Selwyn next visit. Also, don’t recall the name of this drink he recommended, but it was perfect at the end of a long, hot day. Thank you!”

“Great stay, lovely staff. Clean modern room. Nice pool. Breakfast not too busy even at peak time and hot fresh food. Location not particularly close to much public transport but that won’t be an issue for everyone”

“A diamond in Richmond. It's an old house based hotel renieuwd. Loverly employees how makes everything possible and make you feel home. Good room, nice breakfast en lovely dinner in the restaurant as well as the cafeteria. Delicious lins soup. They still working on the hotel. They're making it nicer, if this is possible.”

“Great hotel, lovely clean room which felt homely and modern while having that lovely country pub vibe. Food area and bar was warm welcoming and cosy. “This is the happiest I've ever been at a hotel. Stayed for 6 nights. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Pillows were fantastic (two size options - yay!). The staff is so friendly. Easy check-in and check out. You are close to your neighbors but I didn't hear anyone. The window opened all the way for fresh air. There was also the Eur slot vent with the option to open or close, and an A/C (though I didn't try the A/C). The TV included a handful of channels and the option to login with Netflix. The blackout curtains worked really well (helpful for jet lag). Hot water was hot, water pressure was great. Waterfall and hand held showerheads. The location is walkable to two different train stations. Even in the middle of the night people were walking the streets regularly. It felt very safe. Local pubs had friendly vibes. Hotel bar had travelers in it regularly working or sipping on cocktails. Room came with cotton rounds (yay!), Qtips, shower cap (yay!), hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner from a good brand. Iron was available on request. Laundry services are a one-day turnaround, drop off morning, get it back at night. Sink basin closes should you need to hand wash. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The tea was particularly yummy. The coffee was Nepresso with a variety of pods. The fridge included snacks and alcohol for cost, prices listed. The room also has a safe. The whole hotel was very clean. To set expectations, the room is smaller compared to maybe what someone in the US would be used to (it's London after all). Hangers and one small drawer for your clothes. No full length mirror and no where to place anything in the shower (ie your razor). The shower's a bit tight. No lifts (again it's London) but they are happy to help you with your bags. This place just had a great vibe and getting a good night's sleep is such a privilege when traveling. Highly Recommend.”

“Quiet hostel with decent rooms. The room I stayed in had a twin bunk bed which was good for me since I was traveling alone. I stayed for one night . The downstairs is a bar in the evening. Overall it was a good hostel with a relaxed vibe.”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

“Lovely room, comfy bed with a delicious continental breakfast included in the price which we weren’t expecting. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was big and clean with a great selection of teas/drinks and a well stocked mini bar and snacks. Would highly recommend”

“I came to Richmond to visit Kew Gardens and booked an afternoon tea for four here. We had the most lovely and delicious experience. Cakes, quiches, scones, clotted cream, big tea selection, the works. The staff were so nice, helpful, and efficient. It was a beautiful Saturday in September and the place was not too busy. The quality and presentation was better than most afternoon tea spots in London (city center) and at least 1/3 the price… I will be back.”

“Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.”

“We have been staying at this hotel at each visit in London since 2002 and every time I felt like I was coming home. Great staff and breakfast never let me down. I love the spacious gym and lots of machines to do your workout with. Rooms are great and modern. I truly recommend it.”

“Amazing experience all round! The team are extremely kind and caring and I fully trust them around my precious malshi, Daisy. Daycare is at perfect hours and whenever I drop Daisy off I know she will be in good hands. They are walked in the park and fed when needed and are given lots of time for play and naps. There are also lots of great photo updates sent throughout the day which puts a smile of my face. Can't say one bad thing about them as they are so perfect! They also accomodate to all dogs no matter what size or age, and the centre is also clean and organised. I can't wait to try out one of their doggie holidays as I know Daisy will have an amazing time making new doggie friends! Highly recommend Posh Pups!!”

“A very pleasant and cosy stay just below Richmond Hill. The place is quaint and has lots of atmosphere. For an older property, the room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. The pub/restaurant downstairs was charming and though I didn't get a chance to eat there, the menu looked delicious. Staff were friendly, and I enjoyed my brief stay and would happily stay again. Note that it's a short walk into town/shops/restaurants, and the walk up to Richmond Hill itself is short but fairly steep if you have any mobility issues. Thanks for the pleasant stay and I hope to visit again.”

“Since being taken over in the spring the service has improved dramatically. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you. They helped me with private prescription when no one else could. I also love that they have improved their skin care selection.”

“Paul is very experienced and great with dogs. He is fully trained and accredited, and very importantly insured. He offers a dog walking service with day care and boarding when you cannot be there for your pooch.”

“If you’re looking for an efficient, cost effective and loving person to look after your dogs, this is the person to call. Melissa has been looking after my two extremely large and bouncy dogs (German short haired pointer and Weimaraner) since they were puppies and they absolutely adore her! They’ve been going out for walks with her 1-2 times a week for the past 3 years and she has never put a foot wrong. I know that my pups are in the best of care when they are with her and that they will always come home exhausted with how much off lead exercise they’ve had. They both regularly stay with her overnight, in her home, with her family - I know when I leave them with her that they are being treated just as they are when they are at home with me and when they come home they are relaxed and happy. True 5 star service - we have been so lucky to have found Melissa!!!”
