   Pastries were stale & coffee wasn’t great, atmosphere was a bit weak as well. Should have walked further down to one of the other coffee shops.

   Disappointing. I used to pop in occasionally to buy a brownie for my husband. The last four have been varying degrees of stale to very stale, a mess of creosote crumbs. I've tried asking the server for a steer on how fresh to avoid it happening again. No one knows and while I didn't complain as such, I did ask for help. Four times in a couple of months... that isn't unlucky, that is a reason to never try again. I didn't mind paying a premium on a fancy brownie but the quality just isn't good.

   Staff in this place are cool...its a good atmosphere and become our unofficial hang out after sessions at BARCH Richmond for a lot of the gum members. Nice coffee and food and they remember what your order is when you walk in. Enjoy!

   Great place to relax, this recently opened cafe has a hidden garden in the back. Very happy with the addition to Kew Road! Torelli’s also have two locations right by Kew Green station if one is heading in the May direction. The service was perfect, everyone very polite and welcoming. Soft Italian music adds to the atmosphere and makes one image sunbathing somewhere by the Tuscan seaside… Coffee was perfectly prepared and Torelli’s cakes never disappoint! Do definitely try and come in if you are in the area!

   Great addition to the eateries of Kew Road with a true Italian feel. Lovely, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Sadly, both our croissants were at least a day old. A shame but, hopefully, a one-off.
