   I have accidentally burned myself very badly and come into the pharmacy with severe blisters on my hands. The lady immediately assured me that she will help me and asked me to wait for her in the room . She then came in with a bunch of dressings and began to patiently & expertly dress my wounds. She’s done that for me many times over a week . Changed my dressings each evening. Always making sure she wasn’t hurting me. My blisters are all gone and my skin is healing so well. She has helped me avoid scaring . I’m very grateful . I know she didn’t have to do it but it made such a difference. If you require help and empathetic ear this is the place you will find it. Ask for Noemi

   I had the misfortune of using the Kew branch. When booking my covid and flu jabs i chose this shop becaus the area is lovely snd i asumed that the phamacy there woud be lovely and welcoming. How wrong was i Upon arival as i was early i was prepared for a wait. But not allone in the treatment room with my arms bare for ages. Usually a seating area outside. Im guessing concepts like white coat syndrone and fear of needls are not understood by these uncaring people. When the lady came in and started to say i had to pay for both jabs which was agsinst my nhs advice she then went to get collegue who as arriving started laughing giggling now i like a joak with the rest of them but when correcting a person whose about to charge me for a professional service and a collegue is about to explain somthing the. Time snd place spring to mind. When i explaind to tijs indevidual who had all the empath of a nightclub bouncer crossed with a police officer about to issue a fine. He grunted a sorry and went. Back came the woman who had some odd excuse about potions. Verry odd and extreamly unprofessional. All the time i was verry upset and close to tears. Still no empathy. And glad i did challenge her as was entitled to the flue jab. The next person was ok but not realy friendly and i was made to feel by these people as an inconvienience. And no sympathy The last sfraw was them keep on addressing me as he mr when im them theirs they. And when i corrected them just ignored me. PLEASE AVOID THIS RUDE staff and go else where I know i will. I was made to feel unwelcome and out of order for daining to complain. This whole experience has left me shaken and a big dent to my confidence. And verry upset. Next time i will only go with a friend as a witness

   I recently had both my Covid and flu jabs here. I arrived 2 mins before my booked appointment to be told the pharmacist had gone for lunch because the others had arrived early. I was not late and did not see why I should come back later. The pharmacist, when asked by his colleague, did return to give me my jabs. But he did not check any of my details and left the room before I had put on my coat. My Covid records have not yet been updated. I was disappointed in the service.

   Since being taken over in the spring the service has improved dramatically. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you. They helped me with private prescription when no one else could. I also love that they have improved their skin care selection.

   What a huge improvement since Pyramid have taken over. I have never had a problem or delay when collecting repeat prescriptions and the staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Previously there was nearly always an issue and a queue of people having similar problems collecting their medication. Great service, Thank you!

   I'm updating this review from 2 to 5 stars on the basis of top notch service. I called yesterday, on the hunt for some medication and the pharmacist was super helpful on the phone yesterday. My other half has been really struggling to find his medication (national shortage apparently) and this pharmacy has offered to order it in, which is amazingly helpful! Thank you so much.

   The old pharmacy that was here previously was notoriously slow and terrible. When this new group took over, the change for the better was immediate and substantial. I've always had quick, friendly service. It's been a great improvement to the neighborhood to have Pyramid here.
