“I visited Pets at Home recently and was really impressed with the service I received from the lovely Randy and others team members. He was so helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly while assisting me in the store. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained the different options clearly, and even gave me some really useful advice that made my choice much easier. What stood out most was how approachable and kind he was – nothing felt rushed, and it was clear he cared about making sure I left with the right products. It made my shopping experience really positive, and I left feeling very well looked after. A big thank you to him for going above and beyond – his great customer service really deserves to be recognised.”

“Great stay, lovely staff. Clean modern room. Nice pool. Breakfast not too busy even at peak time and hot fresh food. Location not particularly close to much public transport but that won’t be an issue for everyone”

“I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

He took such thoughtful care of the children, even surprising them with pancakes decorated with a heart in the middle—a beautiful touch that made them feel truly seen. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for everyone. The service throughout was warm, attentive, and family-friendly. Staff were kind, patient, and clearly cared about creating a positive experience. Clean, welcoming atmosphere and a team that goes the extra mile- Highly recommended! “They’re fantastic! We changed pharmacy after getting frustrated with one we’d used for years. Nothing was ever ready on time, prescriptions would go missing between the GP and the pharmacy, and I’d find myself standing around for sometimes as long as an hour waiting. Brent Pharmacy could not be more different. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. Prescriptions are always ready and waiting, and they always text me when my son’s special order medicine has arrived. Just great.”

“Attended a booked event in the garden. The staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. The drinks menu has a great selection including bitter beer. The food served at the function was well prepared and presented. It was delicious! The garden comprises several cosy beach huts with comfy seating and heaters as well as outdoor tables. It was reasonably priced for West London.”

Since he comes from a farm in Wales which breeds working dogs, Messy Paws enables him to interact with other dogs in a safe environment and offers a range of activities which give him the physical and mental stimulation he needs. “Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”
