   There's a lot I can say about how good Michael Young Veterinary Surgery in Brentford has been good to me this year. Firstly my late Mum always used the Young Veterinary Surgery in Ealing Broadway and they provided a great service for our toy poodle. My Grandad also used the same branch in Ealing back in the late 60's and 70's with his poodle. So it was only natural I would become a customer in the future and having a Young's veterinary pratice in Brentford has been so helpful for me being close to home. Sadly my cat Frankie who was sixteen in March this year became ill in June this year. Being autistic and losing my Mum in January this year made this even worse for me. All the staff at Young Veterinary where so helpful from the very first phone call I made in June. All the staff done everything they could to help Frankie including a dental operation in August. For a while I had my Frankie back before he sadly became ill again in mid November and sadly had to be put to sleep. That afternoon was extremely distressing and difficult for me and I emotionally broke down in the surgery. I can't express along with my family how caring and understanding the staff where to me. Everything was explained clearly to me like it has been since June and SMS text messages where always sent out to remind me of treatments along with appointments. I now have a new kitten and have already had my first appointment with the Young Veterinary surgery in Brentford. Once again he was well looked after and all my questions were answered along with extra advice. I can't recommend this local veterinary service enough and once again thank you everyone at Young Veterinary Practice in Brentford along with the staff at the Hounslow surgery.

   Very happy with the service provided. The vet was so very sweet and patient with my distressed cat! The is parking available that needs to be paid but at least you don't need to worry of finding space!

   This now the second time we have come here and have not been seen on time they say sorry running behind that's not my fault I can understand 5 mins max ok it's 15 minutes now and still have not been seen yet upsetting big time I make sure I'm there 5 minutes there before my appointment and all way's the same thing running behind if people not there on time don't see them don't make people who is on time wait hope this gets sorted out time keeping

   Absolute Shambles. Called up regarding a question to do with my pet, was asked to come in on a same day appointment. My cat then got infested with fleas from the vet. My cat has been an indoor cat for and nearly 4 years old - she has never had fleas and been absolutely well looked after. After the vet visit I’ve had to go back to buy flea treatment because the vet surgery isn’t hygienic and has clearly lacks a suitable cleaning regime. I’ve been through her with a comb and found 41 fleas which is absolutely ridiculous considering that the vet is supposed to be somewhere that provides reliable treatment and care. Unfortunately the receptionist was apologetic (not her mistake) but couldn’t care less. I had to pay for the consultation (flea infestation basically) and then further pay for treatment for fleas for my cat and another kitten I have. I will be changing vets because it seems that they have no duty of care or concern. I didn’t even get a proper apology or flea treatment cost/consultation waived due to their lack of care which is fine as I’d do anything for my pet. But at the same time just goes to show there’s no remorse for the struggle my cats now have to go through due to pure negligence of young vets. Absolutely terrible would not recommend this vet to my worst enemy.

   I wanted to get more predisilone for my pet was told the vet had to see her again ? I took my dog and the vet gave her the same medication ? A ripp off and cost me £52 quite unnecessary we are at the mercy of vets as there is no fee structure they charge what they want and everywhere differs. I am on pension credit and it's very difficult to pay these amounts. She is due her vaccination but have to skip it as its too expensive.

   My cats have been taken here for the last eleven years. Always friendly helpful service. Kindly waited for me to arrive before closing last week after my old boy Dodger sadly passed away. Very kind and made a hard situation easier for me. They'll be meeting our new kitten in five weeks!
