He was so helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly while assisting me in the store. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained the different options clearly, and even gave me some really useful advice that made my choice much easier. What stood out most was how approachable and kind he was – nothing felt rushed, and it was clear he cared about making sure I left with the right products. It made my shopping experience really positive, and I left feeling very well looked after. “I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.”
