   Our experience at Vets for Pets was probably the best we've had in a while. The care and empathy Dr. Marta showed my cats Max&Maia was nearly equal to how they are treated at home. That led me to scheduled their spay&neutering with her too. It's now post op for them both and I think during the time with all the appointments I've seen most of the staff there and interacted in a way or another. Everyone was so lovely and I'm so glad I picked this place. My choice was merely because the cost for the kitten package was way less than other places but I was so pleasantly surprised with the care and effort everyone here showed. Thank you!    Rang on Saturday afternoon and got the first appointment on Sunday morning for our cat who has been attacked and had 3 bad wounds. The vet and nurse were excellent with our cat and everything was explained clearly and how to treat his wounds and administer the antibiotics etc. Michelle on reception was as efficient and helpful as always. They make what could be a stressful experience much calmer for the animal and owners. Never had a bad experience with them and would highly recommend.

   I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.

   I’m really impressed with the customer service at companion care Brentford. I was running late for the pre-op appointment and the receptionist got me booked in for another slot. I had to drop my kitten off before work for her surgery, they called me after the surgery to let me know it went well. On picking my cat up one of the vets explained everything about the procedure and aftercare, she answered all of the questions I had, I really wish I had got her name because she was brilliant. The only downside was the price which is a little steep compared to quotes I got elsewhere. However, the level of customer service you get for the price is unmatched!
