   These people just take your money and kill of your animals when you cant afford to pay for a surgery that they THINK your animal might need then they charge u cost after any operations and for medicine the whole lot! Then if ur animal is sick then it has to be killed off so dont go here unless u ready to put down ur animals this place is absolutly disgusting and needs to be looked at by a serious animal surgeon and shut this place down!

   The girl at the counter with the nose piercing was such a Karen. She basically wanted to control how we take care of our cats and acted like she’s the vet. Yes, giving information or warnings about how to treat a cat or kitten is fine, but the way she was being so firm and demanding like she’s our mum lecturing us about buying a kitten, was just too much. She even told us not to buy certain items because apparently they were “bad” for the kittens so is she saying you’re selling a product that is going to harm the kitten in your store? And then had the audacity to say we’re not allowed to bring the kitten inside because they haven’t been to the vet yet. Obviously, after picking up the kittens from where we adopted them, we went straight there to buy what they needed so we could feed them. She was VERY DEMANDING, literally acting like a full-on working Karen. She made us stay for 10-15 mins more just for us to hear her lecturing session instead of us going on our way home to feed our kitten. AGAIN ITS OKAY TO GIVE ADVICE IN THE BEST TONE WOULD BE NICE! She’s working in a counter not in the vet. She was telling us the amount of money how much are we going to spend and we should have not adopted a kitten cause of the money and responsibility, as if we cannot afford vet? It was embarrassing but we have to be nice to her and even say thank you even tho she was so rude!

   We visited the Brentford Pets at Home store to prepare for the arrival of our new puppy, and we were lucky enough to be helped by Randy, who was absolutely fantastic! He made us feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything we’d need for our puppy — from essentials and grooming options to the benefits of signing up for the Pets at Home app (which we did, and have already used the vouchers he mentioned!). Randy’s enthusiasm, genuine care, and deep knowledge really stood out. You could tell he loves what he does, and it was clear other regular customers knew him too — he’s built such great relationships with everyone who walks through the door. This level of customer service is something we’ll never forget. Because of Randy, we’ll definitely be returning to the Brentford store for all our pet needs. He’s a real credit to Pets at Home and made what could have been a stressful experience truly enjoyable and memorable.

   The store is spotless, and you can tell the staff take great pride in keeping it clean and welcoming. Having in-store grooming available is very convenient and such a helpful service. They offer a good range of medicinal items for pets, with knowledgeable staff on hand to provide advice, plus a wide selection of quality products. Queues move quickly and efficiently, with staff always ready to assist. A special thank you to Randy, who was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. Well done to Pets at Home for consistently delivering such excellent service!

   I visited Pets at Home recently and was really impressed with the service I received from the lovely Randy and others team members. He was so helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly while assisting me in the store. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained the different options clearly, and even gave me some really useful advice that made my choice much easier. What stood out most was how approachable and kind he was – nothing felt rushed, and it was clear he cared about making sure I left with the right products. It made my shopping experience really positive, and I left feeling very well looked after. A big thank you to him for going above and beyond – his great customer service really deserves to be recognised.

   I've been shopping for last 3 years here for my cat and I'm very happy with it. Range of products is huge - you can find a lot of good quality food/litter/toys brands you need, customer service is great(there were issues with my discount card and they went above and beyond to help me with it) and working times are convenient.

   Pretty good selection but when it comes down to rating, a service at the til makes a huge difference. The girl at the til was quite abrupt and was almost rude. It left me with a very unpleasant experience. Home delivery is much more preferred.

   I have been to other locations of Pets At Home but Pet's At Home in Brentford, i found it is by far the best. One of the staff here in particular is absolutely outstanding, helpful and externally kind. I just got a kitten thats 6 weeks old. I wasn't sure on how to do a fue things as my kitten was so small. I left the store feeling very informed and a little more confident.

   Nice views, one of my favourite pubs, restaurants. Have been comimg there for many years and always a pleasure. Also nice walks along the Grand Union Canal and Lakes.
