   The price,of products are expensive compared to other chemists. Mobility products are considerably more than other suppliers they do order in products for you. They also charge to deliver prescription last year they wantednyou to pay extra to the delivery driver due to the cost of petrol a bit of a rip off imo. Now my family get our scripts from elsewhere. They do everything to help you in the shop that comes with a cost.

   Poor service, lack of care, kept asking the doctor to re-issue the prescription with a different brand of drug (much to the doctors dismay) and then the drug would go out of stock, but the chemist would not order a different brand without a new prescription. Lack of communication about unavailable prescriptions. It took 4 weeks for the chemist to finally tell me to go to another chemist because they could not get the prescription. With 24 hours of me switching to a different chemist, I got the prescription.

   Good pharmacy, with helpful staff. Ignore the sign on the door which says opens at 930, as they actually open at 9 (i wish they'd scrape off the 30, as that would avoid confusion).

   STAY AWAY!!! I am a pharmacist myself, My elderly parents and myself have been patients of this pharmacy for years and years. My dad is disabled and has had major heart operations. They have made my dad run around circles for no reason and kept telling him to come back for one medicine at a time when he is on approx 13/14 items!!! They made my mum go back and forth to the gp when they couldn’t find a prescription sent electronically. My mum had completely run out of high blood pressure medicine and when she was told that they would be open when she would be back (which was within 5 minutes) As soon as they saw my mum approaching the chemist, they locked the doors and it left my mum panicking and crying as she was feeling very ill. The people at this pharmacy are so rude, disrespectful and their behaviour is disgusting towards patients!!!!! I am not one to ever complain but I am FUMING that my parents had this treatment by this pharmacy. I will 100000% be taking this seriously and complaining to the NHS. Myself being a pharmacist, I would never treat a human the way they have. And to be quite frank. I have spoken to the pharmacy team many times and the lies that they come up with are ridiculous. Something needs to be done. They cannot get away with this and they won’t.

   Very helpful and friendly staff. A proper pharmacist doing a wide range of stuff. The shop looks quite tired and untidy, but the range of stuff they sell is unusually large.
